I have visited this Ross twice in the past 3 days and have happily walked away with 3 new shirts, a skirt, some pajama pants, and several other items. This location of Ross is also much neater than most other locations with clothes hung in the correct sizing section, for the most part. The only confusing area was the shoes where the sizes seemed to overlap one another & not be located in the correct area between sizes 9-10. With the prices at Ross, combined with the vast selection of items, it's most likely that I will return to this location the next time I'm in Illinois.

My fiance and I came in here to look at rings because my promise ring from JCPenneys folded like a bow or infinity symbol. I've had it happen to my class ring in high school too but no one has been able to give me a reason as to why it happens for me to avoid doing whatever it is that is causing it. And before anyone comments, I work in an office - no heavy lifting, and I always take it off before cleaning with harsh chemicals. Well less than 2 weeks after getting my promise ring back from getting it fixed it folded again. So now we were looking for a replacement and a possible engagement ring. By then my fiance was done getting rings from JCP. I know he should've went by himself to look at rings but he knew I wanted a specific style so he let me tag along. We showed the staff what my old ring looked like before getting it refunded at JCP and they weren't sure how it happened either. They helped us look at possible ring choices. I knew I wanted a halo style ring. I was mainly concerned about the height of the ring because I've heard 1 too many stories of fingers nearly coming off from a snagged ring. The staff showed us many styles of the halo cut and in various metal types. We wanted to stay away from the sterling silver since that is what my promise ring was. I found the perfect ring and fell in love with it. I didn't want to put it down. We left to return my old promise ring and after my fiance saw how upset I was for leaving that ring, we went back and looked into financing options. The staff offered 2 types of financing that we qualified for and we left with the right that day! Lets just say I wasn't upset anymore. Of course my fiance did the correct thing of asking my dad for my hand before proposing with the ring but let me tell you the waiting to get that ring back on my finger was agony! We got the lifetime warranty as well so I come in every 6 months and have it inspected for any loose/missing diamonds and a cleaning which takes all but 3 minutes. It's been 8 months since we first got it and I'm still in love with it just as much as when I first looked at it. We've been back since the initial purchase to look at wedding bands as well. My ring was just the engagement ring - no wedding band included, but Zales has a great selection that fits the same style as my ring to match and compliment it.

We were barely greeted by stall on 7/23/2023 at 2:00pm, but the male worker wouldn't even look up from his computer to acknowledge my presence. I was there to get a necklace chain fixed on a necklace that I had purchased from Zales that broke and was willing to pay whatever it took to fix or replace but he simply was not interested in assisting. We both dress VERY casually on the weekends but my girlfriend is a private practice mental health therapist and I'm a supply chain manager for a large restaurant brand. We make over $200k/year combined. I was also in the market to add a 1.5+ karat diamond to my grandmother's ring for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. I took it to Flora Gems (Spent $7000 CASH) after the experience I had with this associate at Zales. Will NEVER shop at Zales again.
