Some of the WORST service I've ever experienced! Their Google ad CLEARLY offers curbside pickup. However, when we requested it we were told that they do NOT offer curbside pickup. We contacted GameStop customer service we were told that they do not do curbside pickup. When we brought up that the ad said otherwise customer service said the ad we were seeing was out of date. Out of date? Who do they think they're kidding? I digress... When we called this store to complain they wouldn't let us speak. When we asked them to stop talking and to listen they hung up. Do not visit this store. Customer service is awful and the management is awful. On 12/12/20 this store was supposed to have 14 PS5's allotted for THIS specific store. The manager came out and handed us 14 personalized stickers and told us we had a console reserved we just had to wait our turn in line to process orders. A group of people waited outside for over 3 hours in the freezing cold waiting to process these transactions. We were there before 4 pm which is the time this was all supposed to begin. After 3 hours the manager took our names and phone numbers and told us they had a technical issue and that we will still get these consoles but to go home and they will call us when their system is running again. They refused to tell us the name of their regional manager so we could get some real answers. I called them back before they closed and they nonchalantly tell me on the phone that none of us that were promised a PS5 by the management team will receive the consoles we were promised. We stood outside for 3 hours and they don't have a single console for any of us when they told us in the beginning this store has 14 consoles available for ONLY this store. I wonder if they were ever actually going to call me. This is why GameStop will be out of business in 5 years. MAKE THIS RIGHT GAME STOP!! The customer service here is... Well, it's non existent. Stopped by and waited around for about 10 minutes, at no point was I acknowledged by any of the customer service folks - and I wasn't alone! They were far more concerned with engaging in a loud conversation between themselves about which of the products they (ostensibly) were trying to sell "sucked hard". Just called the store and asked about pricing. I was told the price of current used title which would cost about $55 when asked if they were aware I could get a new copy for $39.99 and if they would match that I was told essentially they weren't aware of that pricing. And they didn't offer to match or anything. No wonder this company is struggling. read more

It's great, the staff is helpful and they aren't rude. They are understanding about tech problems.

Thus store is often helpful but sometimes they are really busy, last visit one of the clerks was on the phone and the wait was ridiculous.

My son bought a 2015 NBA Basketball game in a shrink wrapped, new package, got it home and found a 2012 disc inside. Called the store, went in to return it and was told he would have to wait 2 hours for an exchange. Second trip in with parents, the store offered a store credit, finally refunded his money. Won't shop there again. read more
