Worst GameStop in NY. They never pick up the phones and the people who works there are rude and ghetto.

The line in here was ridiculously long when I came in. But the guys who work there were actually very nice & helpful (which is something that I never encounter at a GameStop) I'll deal with a long line as long as it comes with good customer service any day. read more

What's the point of express checkout(online orders) if u make all shoppers get on the same line

This store always reeks! You will gag when you step inside. I'm guessing the smell is from a fish market a few doors down but jeez! EVERY freaken time! The lines here are SUPER long. I always wait 30+mins to pick up a game I've reserved the day after it comes out. And that's the wait time with 2 lines going on. But the staff is super friendly and nice so it almost makes up for the stink and waiting. read more

This place is terrible. They only have one cashier at a time and they're so busy trying to sell you gamestop rewards cards and getting you to reserve games that it takes forever. I've stopped ordering from them altogether and just go to Amazon.com for my games. read more

Really needs to be shut down!! Has a horrible smell , lines are usually long and they were recently robbed showing how responsible their employees are in the store. If you don't like what they have and show any sign of frustration the majority of the employees will ignore you and continue to their next customer avoiding you. read more

This was today, March 16 2016, around 7 o clock on a Wensday. She's a light skin girl (white skin lol)with brown hair, n she was wearing a blue shirt. I went in only wanting one thing that i had to ask for. It was really hot in the store on a hot day, i waited on a long line for an hour. Then when i was next, the only two workers in the store was taking so long n conversating n laughing with other people. Then when i finally got to the lady n ask for what i wanted, they didnt have it. She tells me as if i was stupid n laughing like, u didnt know. I asked for the guitar for guitar hero n she says no we dont have it, u shouldve looked online (i already looked online, but the website wasnt telling which store to go)n laughed in my face saying we been didnt have it since the ps3 first came out. With a look n a attitude. She mind as well shouldve just said duh to my face. Bad service and very slow. read more
