Most retro games have faded cover art (all poor condition art work) for normal price just doesn't make sense to me. I seen a lot of retro consoles just laying around not available for purchase. It honestly hurts. Sorry although we need more video games stores in uptown Manhattan this one deserves to be gone. ASAP They don't do it for the love of the game but for the money which leads to bad customer service as were all aware of.

They had the audacity to tell me the information was on the receipt AFTER I told them about their terribly refurbished controller, NOT before I actually purchased a 60 dollar piece of junk. This is the worse gaming store I've ever been to and I strongly suggest you to bjust go to Gamestop. Atleast they'll give you ALL necessary information related to a purchase BEFORE said purchase is made. They DO have knowledge of video games, but so do people at Gamestop. I've been through many annoying experiences with Gamestop, but never anything as irritating as my one time purchase from this store.

Seriously a great place to go to buy games there store is only just what the store sells games and…read moregames accessories, I shopped there recently and the people there are kind and knowledgeable about video games, there wide selection of games is mostly new games and a small amount of old games but they are always in stock and if they run out expect them to have it the next day. Game express shows that game stop is to pricey with there games and when you sell it to game stop you get lower the amount you deserve as for game express you gain the amount you deserve. There are other stores that are game express spread across the Bronx area and each of them has there own charm, and variations of old and new school products. Welp overall I think you should shop there because less hassle when it comes to lines and it a quick and easy way to go in search for the game you want and walk out without hearing a pitch for a subscription needed to buy a game.
