We were about to head out when we stumbled upon a candle sale. They are normally $10 each, but yesterday they were 3 for $10! Of course we impulse bought them because we need Christmas candles :) Once at the register with all of our items (the candles and items for the mask), they automatically scanned a 25% off coupon they had sitting by the register. We saved almost $15 that trip! The one thing I really love about michaels is that there's always an active coupon to use! If you don't have a physical one, then search Google and find a digital one. He was so excited! I thought it was so neat that they had those. Barnes & Noble isn't just books. They had toys, legos, games, and even some apparel. If you get thirsty, they have a Starbucks inside to quench your thirst! If you ever need help locating an item, the employees are always happy to help. Just ask and they can usually find it for you or give you an idea on where to look. I've had nothing but great experiences here. We love Barnes & Noble!

I walked in to one customer and one employee, the employee off the bat looked visibly annoyed by my presence but given the fact he was sorting through things, and I'm also sure that he has a lot of people like this come in without much knowledge about cards in general, knowing this I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt, but then I gave him my cards to look through and I didn't expect much at all and if not I would've just given him the cards and left but he just had his attitude and annoyance that overtook it seemed, he told me he would just give these cards to kids. I tried stacking them all nicely to not make is such a hassle for them to look thru before leaving my home and all I could find was this Velcro wrapping on the floor before leaving in a rush, he later made an observation about it jokingly saying "it was interesting". Next time I was in the store, I grabbed two boxes and took them to the service counter and they said they'd make sure they were pulled. Two weeks later, there are still 16 boxes on the shelf. Milk is routinely past date, as is cheese. If they are this careless about things that can be checked, how can I be sure they are handling perishable foods and getting them refrigerated promptly?! He keep saying he needed pass codes, then he said " oh I can go around that". After 90 minutes he still could not move everything over. I asked if he could get help, he said no. Then I asked if he would just move what he had moved back to the original phone so we could use the original phone. He said ok, then he proceeded to use my personal phone number by mistake and then I had 3 phones that would not work. Finally he told me to go to the Verizon store in Riverdale. I asked if he would call the other store and tell them I was coming in and tell them what he had been doing with the phones but he said " no just go down to that store.
