I feel like all of the Game Stop stores are set up about the same so it comes down to location, cleanness and employee efficiency. It is the holiday season so the store was busy but tidy. There was one sales person working the register and another employee hanging out next to the register. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I entered the store or when I walked up to the register to make a purchase. As soon as I handed over my purchases and asked a question the staff came alive. My question inspired them to open up and become chatty, informative and helpful. GameStop has a rewards program called Powerup Rewards Player and Powerup Rewards Pro. The Player is free and the Pro costs $19.99 a year. Both programs benefit those who shop often. The Player gets 10 points for every dollar spent and the Pro gets 20 points for every dollar spent and a few other incentives. I do not have a membership but since your identification is your phone number I was able to get the points on the account of the person that I bought the gift for. read more

My encounter with GameStop's customer service was beyond frustrating. The representatives displayed a dismissive attitude, making me feel unheard and unimportant. Their lack of professionalism and condescending tone only added to the already disappointing experience. They would yell at me when I could not hear them. I wouldn't recommend their chain of places to anyone. read more

i called them almost 30 times bc i had a simple question (store specific). they refused to answer. started spam calling just to be petty with whoever was deliberately not answering the phone (and to also try and get an answer to my question obviously). and if i waited longer than 5 seconds to start the next attempt at calling, i'd get a busy tone, as if the employee answered somebody else's call or is using the business phone to call people. looks REAAAALLLY unprofessional from my perspective. about to go into the store and pretend to look at stuff while i try to call again, so i can try n figure out if an employee is legit just ignoring the phone. read more

My friend and I went into GameStop to pop figurines on Wednesday July 17th at this location. The guy working was not very friendly. He also gave us false information by telling us that there was a 3 for $25 deal on the pop figurines. After spending time picking out the ones that we wanted and went to check out, he told us that they were no longer doing the deal and would not give us a discount even though he led us to believe that there was a deal. We will not be returning to this location. read more

Although they employee's are very friendly and help you with what you need they don't seem to pick up the phone when you call I've called countless times and it's rings all the way. Other than that minor issue its a great place for you to get your games. read more
