If I could give stars I most definitely would. There's a short female with blonde hair. and male working, all I got was attitude. It's 03/20th and online says they close at 9pm! It's 7pm and they closed the doors already. I called them a couple times, no answer. I even knocked on the door and they pretended they didn't hear or see me. I bought a brand new video game from them and the game had glitches and was giving me many error and when I went to return it (swap it with another one) they refused and told me "It's not our fault that the game has glitches it's the game's developers fault". Great store, remember coming here a lot when I was in highschool, came for the halo 3 launch and was a great memory.

Bob, who is the store leader, is one of the most helpful people ever. He assisted me first over the phone with his recommendations for a gift for my boyfriend. His honesty and friendliness is why i chose to purchase a playstation 4 from gamestop rather than bestbuy. His ability to multitask and juggle the ringing phones, customers in and out, and my questions, all at once was pretty impressive. I feel like he places a lot of importance on building customer relationships and remembering them and it is definitely noticed by the customers. This morning I went to gamestop to purchase a ds title, and the store leader, Bob, was extremely helpful and kind. He even called an out of state store to help me get a hard to find game ive been trying to get for a long time. Gamestop as a company wouldnt last if it wasnt for the efforts of people like Bob supporting it, and i hope the company appreciates him as much as I do. Based on incorrect information given to him by an employee, my son made a purchase here. He then attempted to return the item only to be denied. I do understand that GameStop has a ridicules policy that any opened item cannot be returned(what a joke!), but you would think an exception would be made based on the misinformation given. read more
