I'm not sure how the squeeze so many DVDs into that tiny little machine and I don't care, it's brilliant! The only trade off with this service is that you pay per night, but if you're willing to rent it the day you want to watch it and return it by 7 pm the next day, it will only cost you a dollar (+tax). If you want to pay 5x as much to have a rented movie sit on your coffee table or car seat be my guest but I'll be getting my movies from MovieCube so I can pocket the difference and spend it on booze. When it comes to quantity & variety they have a great offering. Horror, superheroes, sci-fi, anime; they have some of everything. They keep a nice stock in their weekly release section & carry a lot of sought-after series. While they don't carry every cover variant, they do a good job at having at least a couple for most issues. The workers are usually pretty friendly. They offer help looking for items in their massive store & will point you in the right direction if you have any questions. I've never once had a bad experience in all the years I've been visiting. As good as they are, I have 2 complaints. First off, they're sometimes a bit overpriced. Whether it be an action figure or certain comic, there's been times where I've found them pricing things $2-$15 over market value. While get it's a business, I hate finding something here only to realize I can get it online cheaper. I'm ALWAYS for supporting local businesses but unfortunately it dissuades that. Lastly, sometimes I'll look for a series to start & they'll only have issues #2 & on. While it's not that big of a problem, I always grab issue #1 before any others so this'll cause me to skip out. Usually, however, this doesn't happen often. Overall, Tate's is the place for all your comic & collectible needs. There's not much more to ask for considering their good service, up-to-date selections & large variety. Also, be sure to check out their art gallery upstairs. They carry tons of stickers, prints, originals & crafts from local artists!

I spent 15 minutes with an employee Dave, who gave me lower prices than "store credit"on trade ins when I just looked up the prices before. I don't have a printer and wouldn't accept. He also couldn't get a controller to connect properly, so he wouldn't take it, when the controller works, and even turned on first. They also do not take trade in Power A controllers at all for some reason, but will gladly sell them to you. Never again. Manager is rude, was laughing in kids faces who couldn't get a Switch 2 last time I was here. Again I will shop online, Best Buy, or anywhere else to avoid GameStop. Shame.

They informed me about all the different options I had for pre-order and told me how I could use my rewards points towards it once I pick up the games in November.
