Their price was the best of the few I called in the city. The location kinda stinks for parking since it's downtown. But I was able to park fairly close each time. Be prepared to pay to park as well. I wish I would have dropped it off on a day where I could visit some of the nearby shops and eateries while waiting. That would have made up for the lack of convenient and free parking. I'll be using them again should the need arise.

When I inquired why I needed to come back and she wasn't doing anything, she called for the manager. He came and express the same sentiment's. Put in a work order. Whatever!!! I went to self print. Guess what, it wasn't working. The manager still had to come over and help me. Then, he had issues too. After all the time of going back and forth with the printer, she could have printed them from the beginning. Long story short, the manager gave me the prints for free because of all the hassle.

WHen you walk into this one I expected something great because it's in an actual store it's not a dinky little kiosk. But was I surprised all the girls were on their cell phones and acted as though no one was in the store. The store is set up horribly, everything felt so cramped even though it was in a store. The kiosk is much better than the actual store. When I was in a little girl was sitting in the piercing chair and they told her they couldn't pierce both her ears at the same time because they weren't allowed to, um? You are allowed to this child was 5 and that is the best way to do it at that age. Lazy employees. Unhelpful too. They also allow their friends to go behind the counter and just it was horrible. The jewelry was falling off in most places, and some of them don't have any clue about the jewelry they are selling.

Nonetheless, I got a set of piercings on my upper-upper lobes. I've had my ears pierced before and it hurt a bit with the piercing gun, but personally I think it depends on the person and where they were pierced. The lady doing my piercings was very kind and made sure my ears were marked to my liking. She gave me the option of hearing her count to three or just randomly doing it. I told her whichever she preferred, the piercing process was effortless and didn't take more than a minute. The staff made sure I knew to clean my ears after and were very kind. Just a heads up, Piercing Pagoda charges for the earrings and $2.99 for the solution, NOT the piercing itself. I will be coming back to get my ears pierced to my liking.
