I didn't make the deal and I will never do business with them again besides their over pricing on older books in rough condition this was the turning point for me. For those that want to know I had a raw asm300, 2 cgc books 8.5/9.8, and a 10 CBCS signed.

She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making us feel overwhelmed. What really stood out was how welcoming and fun she made the entire experience. Her enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of connecting with kids while making sure everyone is included and having a great time. By the end of the lesson, our daughter was already talking about coming back and can't wait to join the kids' Pokémon League. We're so grateful for such a positive first experience and are looking forward to many more lessons with Storm. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer here for a few years, stopping in here and there and picking up little things…read morealong the way. Recently, though, I've found myself coming in a lot more often, and I couldn't quite figure out why. This morning it finally hit me -- it's the atmosphere. From the old location to this one, something just feels different in the best way. Around April, I noticed that this became a place I genuinely wanted to stop by almost every day. The shop is fun, welcoming, and just an enjoyable place to hang out. The staff are hilarious and make the experience even better. Storm has been great with the Pokémon kids, and the baristas are all extremely talented. Every time I come in, I'm greeted and made to feel welcome. JR has also gone out of his way several times to make sure both myself and other customers are taken care of. He has always been extremely professional, helpful, and great with customers. I'm not sure if he's the manager or if he's in charge of the Pokémon/card side of things, but either way, he and the rest of the staff are doing an awesome job. Thank you for providing the community with a place that we truly enjoy coming to, hanging out at, and spending time in. Keep up the great work!

It is for the true hobbyist - I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for some cool toys. They have drones, model trains, planes, and tanks. It is all very well laid out too. At the back of the store, they have all the train items and an elaborate running model train setup. We have a Lionel train set that we bring out for Christmas every year and this year it stopped working. We brought it straight to the Hayes Hobby House and a gentleman at the back fixed it for us and didn't charge us a thing. They are so unbelievably sweet. I will be back.
