The managers are helpful, but every time I go in there they are way too pushy...almost aggressive. If a customer says no several times, just stop. I was talked into buying their annual membership rewards. When I left the store, I instantly regretted that purchase. Yes, I could have declined after the 5th time he asked, but I really felt like if I didn't get it this time...every time I come into this store, I'd have to listen to them try to aggressively sell it to me. If it wasn't for my kids wanting these used games from this store, I'd never go back. The positive side of this store is you can trade in your less played games and purchase used games. That can save you a lot of money versus buying brand new. They have great Funko options and some other items like t-shirts. read more

Went to the GameStop with my friends on August 28 around 7pm. We went to look around and were conversating about buying the Wii and an Nintendo switch 2. As me and my friends were looking and talking - we heard from the worker "I'm not sure what they're back there doing" and looking at us if we were going to steal something. When we came to buy something like normal customers. They also starred at us and made the environment hostile - as we were walking out one of the white customers also looked at us and grabbed his hip as if he had a fire arm. read more

The people are helpful and they have a good selection. I like to buy any system/ hardware at GameStop, but have a tendency to purchase the games at the PlayStation store. I prefer not to have to get up and insert the game when I want too play. GameStop also has collectibles and whatnot, which I'm not really interested in purchasing. But ...FYI Not a bad Store. I was actually very impressed by the selection of games and collectibles at this location. I was impressed with the staff here, who went all out to help me find a very specific game. They ended up not having it in stock, but were able to call another location nearby, where I was able to obtain what I was looking for. They also held it for me as well! It was a Gamestop, nothing in particular stood out either good or bad. My son and I visited this location because it was convenient while my wife shopped elsewhere in the shopping center and my son wanted a new game. My kids love this store. They have all kinds of bargains, sometimes even buy two get one free game specials. If you want to save money on video games this is the place. The staff is helpful, nerdy and goofy though, but that is typical of employees in a video game store. They should watch the temperature though. Especially in Winter. Even though the staff is in short sleeves the customers are not. When more than ten or so customers are in the store it can get incredibly hot. read more

I have decided been to coming to this GameStop since I was a small child. Really love the staff and every time I go is a great experience.

GameStop has become a complete sellout. They employees will bend the truth and get you to think there is limited time to buy in an attempt to try and get you to buy extra DLC or other disc warranties and such. Make sure you ask about the return policies, because on most games, especially new ones, you can not return the game or likely only be able to sell it back for a 1/3rd of the price in the form of in-store credit.. Do yourself a favor, and start shopping online. read more
