If they are busy with other customers as soon as they are done they get right to you to see what type of help you need. If you are unable to find something they can tell you right away whether they have it, if it's in stock or look on the computer. I have never been in a store of any kind with customer support and service of that nature, it was outstanding. If you are looking for board games, video games, comic books, card games, etc etc then that is the store to go to. I loved this bookstore, tucked away in a little mall!!…read more They had a tonnnn of $1 books to choose from (all new), and they also had lots of wonderful buy one, get one free options!! My grandma and I chose the same book to read together and because of the BOGO, she got hers free :) Tons of options to pick from, I thought the books were organized well, and I loved the overall ambiance and customer service. If I lived in the area, I'd frequent this place for sure!
