Don't buy gift or game cards here! They will not honor a known defective card! The maker of the card Blizzard-WOW said it was never activated but GameStop still would not issue a replacement even with a store purchased receipt . They essentially just took my money. Manager Danielle was terrible to deal with telling me to go to online customer service and online customer service said to go back to the store, getting the run around. I don't game much anymore and have only visited twice. No problems either time. Pretty much your average game store.If you're digging for used games, try and go fo big hits (which will be cheap due to sheer volume) or sports games. Usually very helpful staff, go in, ask questions, get what we need and go. However, after having spent hours in the car waiting at 6 am to attempt to purchase a Nintendo, the manager, a blond man with glasses, felt he had the privilege to be rude to us, because we must have just enjoyed sitting In the car all morning waiting. Anyways we Asked "do u have any of the Nintendo, his reply" nope" mind you , he didn't even have the manners to look at us and respond politely PLUS we had been told he day before that there would be some in stock in the morning. So we asked if he knew when there may be more since target has had them often, his reply, " good for target". Well sir, your selling video games, nothing life altering, have some manners or go home. Probably won't be back and will tell every person I know about this instance and this man. Great holiday spirit. read more

This gamestop is the closest to my house. They close at 9pm. I told the guy I would be in to buy a specific item that they had in stock 10 minutes before 9pm...got there at 9:01 pm and the gate was down. The guy knew I was coming. Would have been in and out in 2 minutes. Guess he had somewhere to go. That's poor customer service if you ask me. I would never do that to someone...I called at 9:02 and said, " you closed? Thanks for waiting". Horrible!! read more
