I find this store to be small and their selection of petites to be even smaller (which is strange as well because I find most women who live in the area of Irish/English descent are vertically challenged like myself). However, it is the ridiculously snooty staff here that drive me from mere ambivalence to outright scorn for this location. In addition to being bad for business, their pretension is ridiculous given that Loft is not Saks Fifth Avenue as they seem to think. They should be friendly to everyone who walks through their doors out of simple respect. I would spend money here as I am in the area fairly often and parking is easy, but their 'tude prevents me from "deigning" to do so.

I've found so many items that I haven't seen at other Marshall's locations, so I definitely appreciate the selection they have here! Line to check out is also never too long and moves fast. Staff is kind and pretty helpful if you're trying to locate an item in the store. When I have a free day, I love walking around to all the stores in this plaza and one store I cannot skip is Marshall's! Parking: lots of parking available here!

The quality, durability, and wearability of the clothing in this store is exceptional. The cut, the fit and the attractiveness of most of their pants, shorts, vests and coats is amazing. I feel comfortable wearing Eddie Bauer items everywhere I go--whether hiking, going out to dinner, or going to work. With the regular sales that they run, the clothing is always a great value. I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews.
