My one complaint is that the story is pretty small. It's often crowded during peak hours, with no open tables for playing games. As a consequence of the small size, there isn't a public restroom. This can be a problem, as games of 40k can take hours and the nearby stores aren't always comfortable with people using their bathrooms. Unbeknownst to me, I found out much later that she had signed me up for their Backstage VIP program which deducted $11.99 from my credit card each month..for ten months. If you shop there, DO NOT give them your phone number or email and if they ask you if you want 10% off your purchase today, say NO. Complete scam since the cashier never mentioned anything about the recurring monthly charges..I never shop there and would never knowingly approve of this..BEWARE!
