I had to wait more than an hour just to pick some phones the guy that checked me in was not doing…read morenothing at all he was on his cell the whole time i watched two 45 min episodes of a series I watch till I got annoyed and asked what was going on and the lady that was working there asked me what I needed and I explained to her that I was just picking up some phones and she said o that's simple and the guy that checked me in went to the back. Thanks to the lady that took care of me but who ever is checking people has no manners and his customer service is really not what Verizon should represent I have a loyal customer for 12 years and this is the worse I have been treated over the time I have been with them I'm not including what went on in there because it would take too long.

The company that want to fix it told me Verizon Victoria knew that they have to file an appeal so I can get it fix. So the customer service was lazy with helping me. That's not right. They did have some food items I considered and a few 12v starter solenoids and even day after contraceptives. Basically this is Amazon returns and like junkout stuff from big box stores they couldn't DEVO. They have nicer stuff behind the counter but that's a different price than the bin stuff. There's furniture and some appliances too. It's probably worth a look when they open the day after restock.

Three days of back and forth and the "owner" Sam decided to argue with me using profane language after Louie agreed to figure it out and Sam said he wasn't allowed. Brought a phone with broken glass left with a phone that doesn't work at all. Overheard a customer offering Louie stolen phones from at&t and Louie said he would offer him 600$/piece. Super sketchy. Awful neighborhood.

Earlier this week, my mom, a senior citizen, went in to replace her phone. I hold the account in my name, but they needed my PIN to authorize authorize the change on the account. While there my mom was there, after changing out the phone, signed my mom up for their new "unlimited" plan. My bill went from 100 to nearly 150 since only one phone had the "upgraded" plan. I went back to the store, and the rep told me that since I was grandfathered in an old plan and changed it, I would not be able to go back to the promotional rate, but she could "set us up" with the new promo at $125. I was paying $100 under the old plan, why would I want to pay $125 for basically the same service? Making things more aggravating, "Nick" the "manager" wasn't "going to be back until next week" so I would have to wait to speak to him then. I was able to get a resolution through cricket customer support over the phone, but buyer beware. Please understand that this post is not a reflection on Cricket, just this particular store. I have done extensive business with Oak Lawn, and have never had a problem.
