This Gamestop is probably one of my favorite stores at The Forum. The store is always so organized and clean. It's not cluttered like other Gamestop stores I've been to. There's this real cool and friendly worker. He's very knowledgeable about everything there's to know about the gaming console you're getting. And he'll also tell you his honest opinion about the game you're getting. Most workers from Gamestop (the ones I met) always try to sell me something I don't want... But this guy, Andrew, isn't like that at all! So if you want an honest opinion about a game, then ask Andrew. I'm sure he'll know! **Watch out for sales on graphic tees! There are some that go as low as $5.00 sometimes!** **Helpful tips: Get a warranty on all your games! So if something bad happens to one of your games you could always exchange it! You could also get a refund on your game/(s) if it was within 7 days and if you still have your receipt. So don't lose it! read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Absolutely horrible customer service. Their employee made a mistake when I purchased some in game points and the manager refused to do anything about it, even when the employee took responsibility for the mistake. Pathetic. read more

Never would have thought id have a problem at GameStop, but this was the worst customer service I've seen and seemed like the worker wanted to start a problem for no reason. I did not catch his name but he was thin and had an Afro. My husband and I went in to get a new controller and from the bat the worker there seemed annoyed. He had ask my husband who was on the other end of the store if we had an account and what was the number. He didn't hear him so I had to call him over to the register, my husband literally just asked him "do you need my number?" Because he didn't hear him the first time and the the worker with attitude said "yes that is what I just asked" and my husband said "sorry didn't hear you" and the worker was getting angry and we asked "why is there even a problem" and he said he "just hates to have to repeat himself and he's the 3rd person he's had to repeat himself to" and he was not letting it go and was starting to argue back and forth with my husband. We ended up just leaving because there was no point in even dealing with someone like that. We understand there are things you don't like to do but you should never go off on anyone especially seeing that my husband was literally across the store. You expect him to hear you clearly? Very unprofessional and very unnecessary drama. read more

This is the Forum location. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We make 90% of our game purchases and trades here. They are awesome in replacing products that are damaged or non functioning (rare) without any hassle! Give them a visit and you will be sure to go back. There were four Game Stops on 141, three now, we could drive to. We adopted this one, at the Forum, because the staff are courteous, helpful, and human. The only knock is the parking situation at the Forum - which is usually utterly ridiculous unless you go before 3P, weekdays. read more

Worst gamestop ever. The employees are very disrespectful and do not understand the concept of customer service. The old lady who works there is pretty awful. I will not be shopping here ever again. After walking into this gamestop, which I've been going to for years, i let the staff know that i wasn't in need of any help twice and told them i was just browsing. I was in the middle of a conversation about a recent game that had come out with my friends when the manager barged into our conversation. Manager ( at least i think he was) on duty was very rude and basically said my review of a recent game was wrong. He was very pretentious and gave me the "i know everything about games speech". Let's remember that these are video games not fine wine and that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The rest of the staff is great and always has been, but to say the least I was offended. It also cut my time that I would usually spend in the store browsing very short. read more

The employees at this location are amazing. First) they didn't have an (older) game I was looking for but they called another store for me and are now having the game sent to this location for me. 2) I left my shopping bag on the counter during a rush there. Right as I realized the bag was missing, the manager was calling me (He had my information because I pre-ordered a game while there). I found this to be beyond expectation and amazing customer service. read more
