I've been researching different quality home improvement store that won't break the bank. I'm in the process of putting my house for sale when I stumbled upon this place. American Home Liquidation is located in Nocross near Jimmy carter and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. They carry various items from tools, rugs, patio furniture, lighting, doors, and etc. They are literally a 1 stop shop for all of your home improvement needs. Wes is the floor man. He is THE BEST! He always pulls my order with the kindest smile. He absolutely loves what he does and it shows. The lady at the check out counter is super friendly as well. So glad I found this place. I highly recommend this store for all your home improvement needs

Do a research before buy, all tools are cheaper on home depot or lowes this is a rip-off, i kew where to good for be true Este lugar es una estafa es mas barato en home depot o el precio es igual a home depot o lowe's , sonaba muy bueno para ser cierto

Here is the flooring we purchased and had installed.

We purchased our flooring from Here and Armen is THE MAN! He gave us an unbeatable deal. We were able to set up pickup for the materials from a local owned one man show. He picked up our flooring and delivered in no time for a very reasonable price. I was super excited about this flooring as there was no one else that carried it. It turned out fabulous in our home. Thank you guys so much!!

And yet we get mutters and attitude. I used to think it was because we wore masks, especially during the height of the pandemic, but the attitude still prevalent now. I guess that's the price we pay for convenience.

I expect it's the same with all the high dollar equipment including BGE. I purchased a Stihl RB400 pressure washer in the morning to strip paint off my house, as my old pressure washer wasn't up to the task. I used it for about 20 minutes before all 4 anti vibration mounts sheared off the chassis and the engine and pump fell to the ground. After looking at it, it looks like the mounts were severely over-torqued by Ace during assembly. It was a little frustrating to have that happen to a brand new $850 piece of equipment that's supposed to be top of the line, but whatever, things happen and Stihl has a great warranty right? So I called the store to make a warranty claim, and I was informed they do not have any repair staff on site and would have to ship it to a repair facility. I've owned a lot of Stihl equipment, I've never had an issue with a warranty claim until now. They gave me an estimate of 2 weeks to repair, but since I have a halfway unpainted house now, I told them I just wanted to return it. On the phone they told me no problem and to bring it in. I loaded it up and took it in. When I got there they told me they can't take Stihl returns and I'd have to send it in for repairs. I run all Stihl equipment at my house, and I own a business that runs Stihl equipment in all our crew trucks. I've made plenty of returns and had plenty of warranty claims at other Stihl dealers without ever having a problem. This Ace is either unwilling to help or unable to help, both cases are simply unacceptable. If you'll be purchasing major equipment, purchase somewhere that can stand behind it and make you whole. That's kind of the whole point of paying a premium for Stihl.

BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible customer service after their own employee damaged our car…read more We bought patio furniture here yesterday and were told to bring around our own vehicle for loading, delivery was never mentioned as an option. When the employee loaded the furniture, he shoved it in with zero care, gave no warning it wouldn't fit, and never offered padding or delivery. This tore our car's roof trim and left a visible hole (see photo). We called the moment we noticed and were told to come in the next day to "figure something out." Instead, we got the opposite of customer service. The owner was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude from the first minute. He told us the damage was OUR fault, flatly refused to discuss any way to make it right, and made snide, patronizing remarks questioning whether we even understood how insurance works, as if we were too dim to grasp our own claim. When we pointed out that no employee had ever mentioned delivery, he smugly said it "should have been obvious," as though we were supposed to read minds instead of being told. This wasn't an owner trying to find a fair solution and coming up short, this was someone who wasn't interested in a solution at all, and who used condescension as a strategy to make us feel too stupid or intimidated to push back. Zero acknowledgment. Zero apology. Zero attempt to de-escalate or even hear us out respectfully. Damage happens, I understand accidents. What's unacceptable is how a company treats you after their own staff causes that damage. If this is how the person running the business handles a legitimate problem, I'd think twice about trusting them with anything else. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.
