I understand you want to sell the company, but 3 hours is extremely long and I was starting to get lost just from listening to all the rambling. The gentleman was nice though. So we asked to get a shower done with glass doors. I figured if I'm gonna have a beautiful shower, I would like to have glass doors and showcase their work. So they come in to work, and as expected, they ran into an issue. There was a pipe there so they gave us options. To raise it An additional 6 inches or keep it where it is and shorten the shower and add in built in shelf. Because this is for my grandfather in law, who already has a hard time moving around, we asked to keep it where it was, So it's easier for him to get in and out. When he just began explaining to my grandfather in law, I had came over And told him I should've been here and can he re-explain all the options. Not one time did he tell me (The homeowner) That the doors will not be added if we went with the option to keep it where it is. When it was finished, the guy told me if we wanted glass doors we will need to hire someone else. They ended up leaving two of the glass doors and leaving a box of the shelves In my home. I called to see what can be done and to notify them And come to find out they don't even have the correct last name. The gentleman took my grandfather in-laws ID, and to put the last name wrong when you have our ID and you've been calling him by the correct last name is beyond me. Then the lady told me that they are not going to discriminate just because he's an older and a forgetful gentleman and that even though that I asked for the all the options it doesn't matter because they began to tell my grandfather in law. (I never even asked for them to discriminate or anything, my point was I asked to go over all the options and it wasn't mentioned) I felt like they did nothing to try and fix the issue or really acknowledge what the issue was from my perspective, and now I have to hire another company to put up glass doors smh I'm big on customer service, and it wasn't there for me. The work is nice that doesn't do me good if nothing is properly communicated and I didn't get what I wanted

They were then incredibly difficult to deal with and once they passed us on to their insurance company(which was even worse) they basically blew us off and wouldn't even return my phone calls. She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.

However the wrong countertop was delivered the day of my second install date. Not sure how the wrong countertop was cutt when I went there and selected the one I wanted. Secondly the cutt made to my pipes for the sink to fit was cutt too deep, I had to go yet another day without a sink because the plumber needed to do additional work due to the cutt. But hey it's not their problem because they're not plumbers. Between my sink being cracked mysteriously, the wrong countertop being delivered and my pipes being cutt too deep. And for all that no discount on the cost. It's safe to say I will not recommend this company. Apparently they are careless on small jobs. That's the taste left in my mouth by this experience.
