Installation went well, personnel were on time and with the correct appliance (yes, this was an issue with another company). For that I would have given them 3 stars. Fast forward 6 months and the display on the drawer quit working. I called them to find out how to arrange the warranty repair. They asked if it was an emergency (i.e., was the unit not cooling) and I said no. I was told not to worry, they had the address, and I would receive an email with a repair date and the option to change it if it was inconvenient. The next day I received the email for an appointment the next week. The repair person came on time, quickly repaired the unit, and cleaned up before he left. That type of service is 5 star! I consider I received great value for the money I spent with them and will buy future kitchen appliances from them.

It was added to my order. Upon installation, my HVAV subcontractor said it was not needed or required. I tried to return it and they refused to take the unopened box back. They said it was a special order. It was ordered because the salesman said I needed it. I asked to have the manager call me to discuss the issue and received no return phone call. Now I have an expensive part I cannot use. They sell these vent hoods every week. It's unfathomable that they can't take it back and use for someone who actually requires it. I am sure it could have been returned even if there was a restocking fee, but that was not offered to me. I would not do business with them! Now that I am in the market for a new dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, I will use Howard Payne Appliances and hope I have better experience!

The items are returned due to dents but functionality it still work great. Van offered to deliver the refrigerator and a washer for us for a small fee using his pick up truck. We took the other 2 items with our mini-van. All 4 appliances worked great when we tested them at home. Good to know Van will take care of you within 30 days if there is any problem with the appliances. And some small fee for service call with a 3rd party for a year after that. But as long as they work within the first 30 days, you shouldn't have any problem. I highly recommend this store! Great price and great customer service.

Tony arrived promptly at the time he gave me. He quoted me a price for the labor and frankly, it was less than I expected. However, in sales, he quoted what we once called a "boated" price, where like a Car Salesman, he had wiggle room to lower it. What he didn't realize was that while he was working on my unit, the basic Freon Replacement was competitively offered at $450, with an added Sealant with a 90 day warranty. He helped me by lowering the quoted $740 initial "quoted" price twice, ultimately ending at $550 with no warranty or short-term Sealant. Because of the holiday weekend, no other company was available until 3 days or Monday. Thankfully, so far, so good with the repair but when a Tech has elevated a verbal repair offer, he has given himself reduction room and in many cases, has the option of being compensated for the paid amount above what the company will actually accept as a Bonus or Commission. I rated a 2 star for his friendliness and I have to accept some responsibility in approving the repair though having a Construction Project Management background. Just be careful when a price isn't in clear writing!

The men who worked there, was oh so excited to help us. They smiled, was respectful, and even had great conversation....great salesmen. They do payment plans, which we didn't do, because we love paying all at once for everything (except when I shop on QVC or HSN. But, that's another story.) They also do delivery. Its not free, but you can bargain with them. The fridge arrived the next day. The men installed it and left a mess in my kitchen. I did not know that, until my husband was upset about the problems we started experiencing, with this appliance. Everything was working great, until a month and a half into having the fridge. We started hearing a bad rattling sound in the fridge. Then bonk bonk bonk....it stops working. The freezer worked, but the fridge did not. They have a warranty on their appliances, so we called them to let them know what happened. Mannnnn, we didn't see the maintenance man until a week later. I had to give my food to my pastor and first lady. I had just went shopping three days prior, for fresh produce. Now, the only thing I keep in the fridge is shelf stable items. Heck, I need to go check on them, just in case. When the maintenance man came, his name is Angel, he did a quick fix and said that he would be back as soon as he gets the part in. He said that it should be 3-4 days. Well well well. Fast forward two weeks. My husband calls a many of times, with no return phone call (after leaving message after message with the receptionist.) One day he calls, and the receptionist said that Angel just went on paternity leave, and he wont be back until that Monday. Ohhhhhhh, so all they have is one maintenance worker huh? Yup. So, two more weeks of calls, from my husband and no response, I told him to give me the number. Y'all, when I called up there, I went off, yall hear me? I went OFF! I told the receptionist that I was about to call my bank to get my refund, blah blah. I was heated, and still am. I haven't been able to use my fridge at all. The ice maker doesn't work, and the water isn't cold. The fridge isn't cold at all. Its not hot either, it's room temperature like, with a hint of coldness. Being that I have a 14 month old, I storing milk is not an option. I have to use a mini fridge to do that. I just got a phone call from my husband and he said that Angel will be here in 35 minutes, and that he has the part for the fridge on his truck. What? So, I had to act a fool, for something to be done, on a fridge, that we spent over $1000 on? Guess this shows that women get things accomplished, better than men (just joking,) but in all seriousness, this shouldn't have come to this. They have done ruined their clientele. I have so many military battle buddies, that want to know where we got the fridge. I tell them where I got it, and tell them to tell their family and friends, not to buy from them. Heck, my church family loves the fridge, and I was going to surprise them with one. I had one picked out and everything. Its sickening, that we had the fridge for 3 months and it has only worked for about a month and a half. I will do an update on what happened, once this refrigerator has been working. Its still gets 1 star, but imma update yall. Ok. I took a break while watching them work on the fridge. My husband came home from work because, I don't like being in a house with a man, thats not my husband. Nope, you wont get me caught up in no unnecessary mess. It took about an hour. Still, they were polite and respectful. He told my husband that its fixed. He said that if there is anymore problems, we can come back up there, and exchange the fridge with another one of equal price. We will see.

After 20 days my dryer stopped heating up. Know it is under "warranty" two week later, two technicians later it is still not drying! When I called the store, I purchased it from they would not take it back, exchange or give a refund in fact they were very rude. Think about it $900 dollars wasted in this economy. It is a hardship on my family. And continues to be 7/3/2024 I am still cannot dry my clothes. Before you buy anything reach out to me and I will show you receipts!
