I had a horrible experience at this GameStop. From being harassed and boarder line forced to buy memberships to actually being denied product after we wrote a slightly negative review. For context, me and my girlfriend camped out for pokemon cards and the associate known as Aurora Davis harassed me and pushed me to buy the $20 pro membership. I politely declined and then got berated and lectured. She asked why I didn't want it and when I said "I don't here come often", the associate replied "that trick doesn't work on me when I can see you've been here 3 times within the last 6 months". I was shocked. Insinuating I was trying to deceive her? After this we wrote a negative review and didn't think much of it. It was a respectful negative review. The following week (today) we camped out again and when we got to the register it was the same associate. Aurora Davis. I then got harassed again to buy the memberships and when I RESPECTFULLY declined she got visibly upset and refused to sell product to me and my girlfriend! This is ridiculous. she then proceeded to say that it's their policy to push memberships on their customers. I've never been treated like this at any retailer and I will never EVER come to this location again until I see proof Aurora Davis has been terminated. I expected to get some sort of reimbursement for wasting my time but gamestops corporate line would not give me any sympathy. Aurora Davis is an egotistical, power hungry, maniac who has absolutely no place working in the retailer industry. The way me and my girlfriend have been treated at this location is DISGUSTING. Me as well as my family and friends, will never shop here again. We were super excited for this set and were then totally disappointed when we wasted our time in front of this location. It's crazy nothing has been done about this considering it has several reviews addressing similar issues from other customers as well. I love this place but when karolina there.i intent to stay away. her personality is just not right for the place she talks way to much and i wanted to be in and out easy. like i normally do. but it took me 30 mins to get out because she wouldnt ring me up. i came in the next day to get my product. from emerson. please either get rid of this karolina women or ill take my business else where read more
