This was the worst GameStop I've ever stepped into from both a customer service perspective, and from a layout perspective. I just walked in and walked out within 5 minutes. The cashier was the most rude lady I've interacted with in some time - as soon as I walked in, she gave me an up-down and turned away when I had a question. Someone she was familiar with was there the whole time from before we walked in, and she was huddled over the counter just whispering to him the entire time. When I tried to ask a question, she walked away and pretended not to notice, then went over to the shirts and was telling him "not to waste his money here" and holding things up to him to grab. For the store layout, it's truly just cards everywhere with little to no physical games. There are still plenty of other locations with physical releases, so I'm not sure why this one was just gatcha heaven. Completely disappointed, won't be coming back to this location again. read more

I was looking for a particular game for my son's sixteenth birthday. He expressed on numerous occasions the value of him having a hard copy version. When I went to buy the game, unfortunately, this location didn't have it but they did a great job calling around and locating the game for me. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. In the end, my son got his wish and is super satisfied with his new game. read more

Horrible Customer service the manager the lady with the pink hair the worse management skill.... Had wrong price tag and didn't own up to their mistake .... It was basically take it or leave it kind of deal. Any wrong with the divide you have to deal with the manufacture directly. No consumer peace of mind what so ever. read more

Awwww, the good ol' Gamestop for all those wishing to escape reality via their television and joysticks (or whatever you use these days.) I admit it, I'm a grown *bleep* woman and I love video games. So, of course, I have to visit the Gamestop every once and a while. This particular Gamestop is close to me so its the one I frequent the most. As for as a Gamestop store goes, its prettttttty darn typical. Its a narrow store packed with new and used games as well as new and used systems. As with the used games, you never know what you will find. However, you can call the store and see if they have what you are looking for prior to driving over. I've done this a couple of times and the staff there are VERY cool about searching for a particular game. I've even had them same something for me when I'm picking it up the same day. That's just nice. Plus, these guys know their systems and their games ... so, that is a big plus when making purchases because games and systems are not cheap. The location is nice as well. Its in a good area with plenty of parking space available. The store is also neat and organized so you can search for your next addiction quite easily. This place is filled with liars. They say they will save things for you and then sell your item. We were in this store right before Halloween. They said we could have the poster in the window when they were done as long as we request it and put our name on the back. They said they would call us. We went back 6 weeks later and they said they tried to call us months ago and our phone was disconnected. This is a lie. My phone has never been disconnected. My 5 year old son was so excited about this poster for his room for Christmas and now he will be disappointed. read more

Came in today all excited after getting a Switch for Christmas to get Pokemon Shield. As I attempted to use my GameStop $5 email I received, I was put through several hoops after showing them the email, then I had to call Game Stop & was on Eat and die hold for ever. Been a customer with Game Stop for over 12 years and this is ridiculous customer service for me to redeem my points! Lost a $60 sale to Walmart across the parking lot and a lifetime customer family customer over a $5 credit. read more

I know, it's probably pointless to be reviewing a Gamestop considering they're all basically the same, but I l really like this location! I'm not too big into video games, but my boyfriend is. He has made me go to Gamestop more times than I can even remember! This location is my favorite (and it's not just because it's walking distance from our apartment)! The staff here are so friendly and personable. They take plenty of time to stop and talk with everyone in the store. They always offer good suggestions and if they don't have something you're looking for they don't hesitate to check other stores for you. I have a 12 year old who went in to purchase Xbox one headphones and VC for 2k17 on his Xbox. Now the manager Jesse who happened to ring my son up did tell my son that the VC was non refundable and he was okay with it being non refundable because he was going to use the Code as soon as we got home.... we didn't need it to be refunded. Jesse showed him on the screen and pressed the button. However when we got home and he used the code he was sold VC for PS4 which he doesn't have. I contacted the store and Jesse said that he told my son it was non refundable however avoided why he was sold PS4 instead of Xbox. He was very cut and dry and unapologetic. His reply was "I had other people in line and it's not my responsibility to make sure I'm selling him the correct items for his gaming system" Really?? I feel this could have be avoided with a little extra effort from the Jesse but more importantly his reply to me was unacceptable and I will take the extra time and go to the millennia location. They have always been helpful and friendly while shopping. read more
