This is the best pin store I've ever been to. There are thousands of pins for sale and on display with something for everyone. Whether you're a casual pin collector who is looking to spend ~$15-25 on average a pin or for the full-time pin lover who is willing to spend hundreds of dollars on a pin. The entire store is made up of pin boards. Some you can grab the pin, others you'll need help from a staff member. I've been here when it's been busy and not without any problem. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The pin pads and padfolios are THE best on the market. I'm shocked Disney hasn't tried to create a competing product they're so good. They're highly customizable with different shapes sizes and colors depending on your needs. They regularly host pen, events that look like a lot of fun. If you're looking to get a starter set, this is a great place to do it way cheaper than on property. They have a great TikTok that really shows the store well. Highly recommend! I want to start by saying the rating is based on the service I've received rather than the products. On 08/01 i placed an order for 2 pinfolios that i knew i would need for D23. They were delivered on 08/07, but sent me the wrong order. I reached out via email, and phone with no response. On the third day 08/10 i decided to reach out via instagram where I did finally receive a response and they told me their emails are currently down. After the instagram DM they emailed me a shipping label to send them back the incorrect item they mailed me so i can ship it back BEFORE i can get the product i actually paid for. That honestly isn't fair to me as a consumer to have to sit and wait LONGER for my product due to the companies mistakes. And the shipping label they sent me to return the incorrect product is not even expedited so they most likely will NOT receive it until next week sometime 08/17. Which now means i won't receive my order until the end of the month! I'm very disappointed. Not only do i not have my product in time for D23 today, i also have to continue to wait a week plus. read more

I love this store! They have the most incredible selection of pins, and I always find so many to add to my wish list. The service is great, and the employees are very helpful. While a lot of the pins are very pricey, they have a great selection in the $10-$20 range. When the store is busy it can be hard to maneuver, so you may want to avoid coming on the weekend if you don't like having to step around others. It's always a good idea to look up any pins you are interested in, as I have found a better deal online for a pin I find in-store. On the other end, I have also gotten pins for a better price in-store than can be found online. They also give you a small foam pin board with your purchase that is great for bringing pins to the Disney parks for trading. Wow, don't know how to start to explain my visit. I literally got lost once I walked inside the store. There is so much to see, maybe too much to see. The store has lots of pins to look at. The price range from $8 to $2500. There are all sorts of pins from everything Disney. The staff is very nice and informative. They are not pushy, and will answer any questions you have. The pin bag collection is also really amazing. There are many different sizes and color to choose from. I think you will need to spend at least 2 hours at the store to look at everything. I've been to this shop twice now most recently to visit their new location. I didn't walk out empty handed either time. It's a great spot to browse and get lost because they have so much inventory to look at. The staff is also very friendly and available to help with pricing questions. I asked if they had a certain pin from a set I saw on one of the boards that I was looking for and they went to check for me. Really cool spot to find a variety of pins. My only advice is to know your prices if you're looking for a certain pin. It's convenient because it's there but sometimes prices online are cheaper. They don't really bargain with pins they compare with what the price is online. People who work there are a little helpful, but some aren't really trying to talk to you. Like, what are you looking for? Here. That's it. Sometimes, the interaction I feel is key to get you to keep coming back. Overall cool place, especially to find pins you can't find at Disney World. I was able to buy a pin here to complete my stitch set for hidden mickey. Also, just fyi... if you buy a pin, they don't give you the backing for it, but they do give you a cool mini board to put pins on. read more

They also offer everything required to upgrade your collector skills, regardless if you've been collecting for 16 years like one of the associates, or a few months like me (newbie level lol). They offer supplies like pin bags, pin binders, pin everything lol! They not only looked through my collection and helped me become more aware of what I had, but they also educated me on how to identify between fake and authentic pins! Great service. There are some very rare pins if you are looking for you grail, or so many open edition and other pins available to help you complete sets. The people are extremely nice and the owners are FANTASTIC! We go there at least twice every week we go to Florida on vacation. You would need several hours to browse all of the merchandise in the store. They make and market their own organization items - boards, portfolios ("PIN"folios) in many sizes and designs.
