I walked in the door and was greeted by an employee who asked for my phone number. Seconds later I received a text on my phone that informed me that an agent would be with me shortly. Actually, I asked for no texting on my phone to prevent this very unnecissary text. I waited around about 10 minutes and finally left. Note: There were two managers (?) just standing there and three employees helping three other customers. I guess it was beneath them to assist a customer.
