I wish i had a name for the manager of this store, but this guy runied 4 hours of my day because of his lies, I placed an order online for CD pickup, 1 hour from the order went to the store to pick it up and they couldn't find the order on the system, showed him the invoice, paypal transaction and bank account to show him that the money has been taken out of the account. He saw it over 5 times and then decided to be smart and have me to pay again just because the money didn't hit their account yet, meanwhile he CANCELED the order without telling me, I told him am gonna come back after I receive the notification of the pickup if thats the case, and he said its okay, and couple hours later I received an email telling me that the order has been Canceled, why in hell do you lie to your customers, you can simply tell me I canceled the order and will respect that and will take the refund processing time gladly. I bought a Xbox 360 bundle and was offered a GameStop Membership card..the employee was very courteous in explaining the benefits of it, without being pushy, but, I declined to buy it. A couple days later I went back for something else and there was quite a lot of people inside. One of the employees took care of what I need it to get and offered the card again. And once again, without being pushy he explain the benefits and options of it. But, this time I did purchase the membership card. They were both (Peter and Alex) very professionals, knowledgeable and took their time in Listening what the Customer (me) need it and provided help without looking at me like a -pest-. (Some businesses do look at their customers like that). The store was neat, clean and in order. So I'm sure I will be coming back here again! read more

My personal favorite Gamestop. Great staff. Great manager. Very knowledgeable. They don't shove pre orders down my throat (of course they ask but in a nice way). I bought a game and the lady got it and started playing a song from the game on her phone as she handed it to me. It was great! read more

Dont ever Reserve anything from this Place ever... In fact I would agree with the person who wrote the first review and say just go get your game from Target or Best Buy or anywhere but here the only reason I ever get anything from Gamestop is to get the exclusive bonus stuff you cant get anywhere else... which really sucks but three times now I reserved games from them only to get the Bonus codes and all 3 times I didnt get my bonus first time I reserved Ghostbusters 6 months in advance paid in full and I was supposed to get a shirt and bonus code for a special uniform I show up to pick it up the day it comes out and they tell me they dont have any left second time was the new Batman Game and this week I went to pick up Brutal Legend which I had again Reserved to get the special Tenacious D guitar code and again they tell me theyre out... 3 times is too many so instead of just getting pissed off and walking out the door i tell them I want the code I only reserved it to get the code and if they dont have any I want my money back so then they tell me I can only get a gift card no refund Im so pissed they call another gamestop all the way across town... they have plenty of bonus codes but I cant get one from them because I didnt reserve from them so then they give me a phone number to call to get the code so I call up and they tell me theyll email it to me by the next morning ... next morning no email... so I call back then they say it could take up to 48 hours... so I wait another day... still no email so I call again now they say the email servers are down... Gamestop Sucks... save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else read more

This place took a dive as of last year! This WAS the place my wife and I would frequent for christmas and birthday gifts for all the gamers in the family, and my son and I would go weekly just to check out the deals and new game releases, but it seems they've put some new employees in place that would rather make customers feel inferior for not having their own answers than just simply answer a question. I hate to label people but there is a young african-american fellow who seems to act as store manager who is the worst of the bunch. His snide mannerisms and attitude to ANY question I've ever asked makes me wonder how he obtained the responsibility of being the manager in the first place. There is also a young caucasian fellow with oversized earrings who has adopted the same demeanor but worse and has even gone as far as to short change my 10 year old son on two occasions before I intervened. The rest of the staff seems to be "ok" but gone are the days of walking in and being greeted with a friendly hello and being treated as if your business is appreciated. Since boycotting this GameStop, I've found that Best Buy has a much bigger selection and have started buying my games and consoles there where they have reward points, warranties, etc. and not to mention the fact that Game Stops business model is starting to become obsolete with the introduction of games being sold digitally. In all, if you MUST shop for video games and need questions answered, shop elsewhere unless you like being treated like trash for wanting to spend your money in that establishment. read more
