I called Traverse city and spoke to Ryan, the manager at the store. He was awesome! He bent the rules one time and held 1 figurine for me. He showed humanity and exemplary customer service!!!!!! I work for the government and sometimes I have to show my humanity side also and it gives me a sense of pride to help someone and it gives me hope that there are still some great people in this evil world. I have to say Chris was awesome as well! He showed my mother kindness and for that I am grateful! I realize it's their job to give excellent customer service but, a lot of people don't! On my end it showed that the transaction had gone through but she was saying over and over again that it didn't go through on her end. I used my Torrid credit card and I called into the credit card company, they were not able to help confirm if the transaction had gone through or not. I still have not been given any clarity on if I was just charged $220 for merchandise I didn't even get to keep. I also used a $20 birthday reward on this transaction that disappeared from my account due to the transaction going through on my end. I will likely never shop at another Torrid store or order online because of my absolutely awful experience at this location.
