Their customer service is excellent, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the community is always filled with people who will make you laugh. They offer a wide variety of trading cards and other collectibles. They have other merch they offer as well, from action figures to sports merch to even board games. They also regularly hold events which many dedicated people come out to attend. I wholeheartedly reccomend Dolly's for a great time.

I just stood in line for 2.5 hours at this Rogers store for the $60 10GB plan (I swear I didn't…read moreknow about it until today) and it was surprisingly pleasant...I got to the store with the fam at 7:55pm. The line wrapped around the entire store and was almost out the door. I'd guess there were a good 50 people in front of me. They wound up closing the store at 8pm so that any newcomers would not be let into the store. They put a sign informing people of this change but that didn't stop a few angry customers from banging on the door and harassing the staff. The computer systems were horrendously slow at the 8pm - 9pm mark. Despite all of this, the staff were still courteous when answering questions. One of the employees actually left to buy bottled water for people in line. A few of the employees were also calling Rogers directly for customers to try and move the line along as well (I'm guessing these employees weren't authorized to change plans). When it came to my turn, the store manager helped me out and she was fast, efficient and still smiling (even though she'd just worked a 12+ hour day!!!). We wound up leaving at 10:30pm but the atmosphere of the store and the accommodations made it easily bearable. There is a lot of seating in the store - not enough for 50 people - but enough that if you wanted to sit or at least lean on something, you could be accommodated. There are phones and tablets around the store with games on it so if you are ever waiting, you can poke around on those to kill some time. There's even a mini living room in the middle with a TV and we were treated to hockey and basketball tonight so that was a nice change of pace as well. Lastly, tonight's situation was a little different since the front door had to be locked but there is a Starbucks nearby and other food places you can slip out to for a bite. Well, it was that time of year again to renegotiate our Rogers packages and we got an excellent…read moredeal. We were told to go to our nearest Rogers Plus store to pick up our new equipment but not until the 9th, when the new package would start. Typically we'll receive an email confirmation of the changes made to my account but when we didn't receive it within a day or two, we gave them another call. We were assured that everything was there but that we probably would receive the email until the actual 'start date'. The day before the 9th, we had still not received the email and we called once again just to make sure everything was going as planned and once again, we were assured that everything was arranged and ready to go for the 9th. This is the closest Rogers Plus to us and we arrived shortly after lunch only to find out that the deal Rogers had offered us had expired on March 1st and there was no work order prepared.... say what now? The staff at this location did the best they could to get things sorted but in the long run, we had to call Rogers ourselves and have the offer reinstated. What a complete and utter waste of time. Thankfully this store has plenty of seating for disgruntled customers to make these types of calls. The girl that was helping us in the store kept checking with us to see how we were making out with Rogers on the phone and she had everything ready to go once the new plan was reinstated. 3.5 stars for the staff and service level we received at this store but only a 2 stars for Rogers for wasting our time with this nonsense.
