Checkout line was seamless and I was able to purchase my book and get my order with no issues! Super grateful my order wasn't cancelled and staff got me exactly what I wanted! Until I discovered that I had not purchased exactly what I needed. 1.5 hours after my purchase I returned to the store for an exchange. I was told that I needed my receipt. The same clerk was at the front desk. Then a supervisor came up and said she would put a refund on a gift card, ok. During the process the supervisor said there was no return or exchanges allowed ... ALL because I chose Save a Tree! Never will I ever get near that business again because of the No Receipt trickery. Horrible horrible way to run a business and an excellent way to ruin future business.

He helped me by moving…read moresome apps to sd card but even after that, I decided to upgrade after hearing about some good phone deals. I got a bigger phone with a 13mp camera and 16 gb memory for a great price. I had to get a new number to get the deal but I don't mind! Trey was very helpful and the whole experience at this store has always been a pleasant one for me. Now, onto enjoying my new phone!

INCOMPETENT phone support through no fault of their own since they obviously know little 9 of 10 times. CROOKS in the boardroom with policies to cater to the economically vulnerable, so they can then exploit and steal from those who cannot afford it nor defend themselves. IRRESPONSIBLE to their own phone support by throwing them to angry customers with little training. HOSTILE to their own retailers via a talk-to-the-hand phone interface that even the retailers despise and - like support, retailers are thrown largely unarmed to angry customers (though economically vulnerable people are timid and that is part of the strategy.) DISGUSTING excuse for a phone company. RUN away. Cheaper prices for a good reason and overpriced for what one eventually gets.... buy less elsewhere and feel good about what you get.
