DO NOT HIRE! This is a SCAM!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I hired GameZilla Game Truck for my son's 8th birthday on 4/17. The owner Laquinta "Quinten" Smith came to my house and picked up the $100 deposit on March 25th. I reached out Tuesday before the party to ensure we were confirmed. Which he assured me, we were. 45 mins before the party started, he called me and said his game truck had been broken into and that he would not be coming. At first I was empathetic to Quinten's situation. If he returned my deposit, it could be water under the bridge. However, he has yet to return my money and stopped replying to my texts. After looking into the situation deeper, he seems to be scamming folks all over the MidSouth, per the Google reviews. This company is False Advertising this isn't a game truck it's a trailer hooked to a truck and on top of that my kids were extremely disappointed because they couldn't play Fortnite because the guy didn't have Wifi I truly feel like I wasted my money! read more

Professionalism is lacking and needs major improvement! As of Aug 7, we are still waiting (no longer patiently) for a full refund for services NOT PROVIDED. After weeks of promoting that Gamezilla would be there to provide service for our event, the owner called 30 minutes before he was to arrive stating the truck broke down. While this is disappointing it is understandable that things happen, this was on July 27th. (I now am aware of him flaking on another client days before) Not only was his deposit paid, he was paid in full a week in advance. He never had to wait for his money and now, has refused a prompt refund. This is Highly Unacceptable and Terrible business practice!! I would NEVER Recommend this company. There were so many options to resolve this matter but this owner chose to do nothing! Yelp made me give a star but just know even it is broken! read more

I do not recommend at all. He cancelled via text 40 minutes before he was due at event. The text in itself was grossly unprofessional. I had to call from another number to even get him to answer the phone. There was no immediate refund for the cancellation. I had to ask to receive email confirmation for the refund and what I received was a refund request from him to square and squares response saying it could take up to 7 business days. The refund should have been immediate being that Gamezilla cancelled... the entire experience was absolutely horrible. read more

I had an opportunity to experience this truck for my nephews birthday party. It was awesome! We had many opportunities to enjoy various games but I do suggest that if you decide to play fortnite please remember that it is a single player game only. The children got a little impatient with one another and had to rotate out but overall the truck was clean, our game attendant was polite and we even had an opportunity to listen to he latest pop songs will gaming. What an awesome experience ! read more
