The owner Laquinta "Quinten" Smith came to my house and picked up the $100 deposit on March 25th. I reached out Tuesday before the party to ensure we were confirmed. Which he assured me, we were. 45 mins before the party started, he called me and said his game truck had been broken into and that he would not be coming. At first I was empathetic to Quinten's situation. If he returned my deposit, it could be water under the bridge. However, he has yet to return my money and stopped replying to my texts. After looking into the situation deeper, he seems to be scamming folks all over the MidSouth, per the Google reviews. When you look up "game trucks memphis" - his is one of the first that pops up and I'd like warn others not to use him or his company EVER!!

Even after speaking with the receptionist the day before to confirm my event since there was many negative reviews. I saw other reviews about them cancelling 2 hours before and completely took a risk. Needless to say I had 15 kids waiting at a birthday for a Game truck that never arrived. Before booking your party Please know that the trucks ARE NOT located in Memphis. The owner (or franchiser) Tom sends the trucks the day of the party from Atlanta to Memphis. He advised me that he had to cancel 5 other parties in Memphis for the weekend because of mechanical issues. Although this information is no where listed on their website please be very careful. I believe the brand Game Truck seem to be established but the Memphis franchise owner is very unprofessional. Their are other options other than this one.

I didn't have to do anything, they watched the kids while the adults relaxed inside my home. I will definitely be having more GameTruck parties in the future and highly recommend them to anyone!
