It always seems this place is so busy but there are times like today that the wait was 1.5 hours even with an appointment. The great clinic staff do their best to try and get everyone that wants to wait a chance to see a doctor. I've been here when people come in and demand to jump the queue while I've been seated waiting for 2 hours; some even make up bizarre stories. One never knows what to expect at any Walk-in Clinic and this place is no different. Anyhow, Dr. Mikail is a professional with great people skills. She takes the time to understand why I'm here rather than just hurrying up and writing a prescription so I can be on my way.

Searching on google nearby walk-in clinic late Saturday! We went there, the staff was very welcoming, In less than 20min she was seen by a doctor who referred me to Xray at the same clinic. He was very nice and professional with her. He answered all questions and did all require physical examination gently with her.I have to highlight that I received a call back from the doctor in less than 2 hrs just to say your daughterX-ray is fine and give me some recommendations to manage her pain. In general it is a new nice and clean clinic, I would recommend them as walk in clinic !

I have never met a physician like Dr. Shokr. He is professional, compassionate, understanding and non-judgmental. He spends the extra time with you if required. I have never felt rushed out of a meeting with him. He has been a life saver for me. I recommended by daughter and her husband who commented that he is the most sensitive and patient physician they have ever met. I am a clinical therapist and have referred many of my clients to him. Their feedback was fantastic. They have thanked me for referring them to Dr. Shokr and I will continue to do this in the future. My sincere thanks and appreciation Dr. Shokr for being who you are and being there for me when I needed a compassionate doctor. You are an amazing human being and doctor. It wasn't busy that day, but I always anticipate a long wait for anything like this. My boyfriend just needed a doctors' note to excuse him from work and they 2ree helpful enough to give an exam and write the note for $20.00 Small price to pay for a day off I suppose. I appreciate that the staff was helpful enough just a little slow on the pick up.

There's a pharmacy in the building on the same floor, which is convenient if you end up having to fill an Rx! It's physically a very small clinic, 8 chairs in the clinic, and a bench just outside the door. It wasn't too busy when I was there, relatively speaking, so everyone got a seat, with 2 to spare! I only had to wait 45 minutes, also great. Doc was very good too. This is definitely where I'm coming from now on when I don't feel like dragging my XL butt to west Oakville to visit my GP! You can tell the staff and the doctors respect patient's waiting times and want to ensure everyone is swiftly seen. Dr. Shelly was fantastic. She too was patient, did not rush me out, as I was the last patient of the day. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the clinic looks a little dated. Walls could use a paint job.
