My doctor is Dr. Ban Rassam and she is truly the best family doctor someone could have. She is…read moreattentive and kind and is always looking out for her patients. My husband and I both go to her. I'm actually someone who doesn't go to the doctor often or takes care of themselves when someone is wrong. This is a bit of a prefix for how Dr. Ban Rassam saved me from a world of pain - I only went to see her because I had a small brown spot on my face form. I wasn't sure what it was from. Dr. Ban Rassam looked at me and IMMEDIATELY knew something was wrong and even suggested, "I think you have hypothyroidism.. I can just tell." She did a bunch of blood work and it turned out that my thyroid levels were insanely high and she was right! I had undiagnosed hypothyroidism. The average thyroid levels are .4 to 2 and mine was in the 20s. I think the spot on my face was my body trying to tell me to get my butt to the doctors - I ignored all the other symptoms. She gave me the right treatment and my health has been better ever since. I thought all the symptoms of hypothyroidism was just me getting older - fatigue, foggy brain, weight gain...etc. It was all the hypothyroidism! I don't think another doctor would have figured it out as quickly as she did. Very grateful for her and all she does!

I was in a medical crisis and he left me in that condition. I have had one link state that he should not have done that and that it has caused unreversable harm to my life. He not only dismissed me as a female he left me in a state that caused my system to crash. Personally I will never recover the damage that has been done. Its a death sentence that he should be held responsible for. I feel that he should have his is licenses removed. Considering his medical oath is to do no harm and that is all he has done. Females with real medical issues should avoid risking there life by going to Green Bay Medical.

His office was dirty and the bed I had to lie down on had no paper sheet cover and he was totally ok with that. He does not meet minimum standard that is expected from a professional. I would never visit his office ever again.
