The staff are so kind and helpful, they really made my experience painless. I came here to get a Blood Test done and since I wasn't able to get an appointment, I went during their walk in hours which start at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:50am and already there was a huge line up of people in front of me. I had to wait about an hour to be seen by a nurse, which was ok, especially given I didn't have an appointment. Overall a great experience.

Thats like if you take your car in for warranty and they told you that you had to rent a replacement.

The ladies at the front desk are super friendly but the technicians are a little dry... although I reckon having a poker face is all part of the job. Then a doctor will video conference you and diagnose you. First time they made me go home and come back as they didn't have any doctors ready. Finally when the doctor came she was very nice but its all through video. Went in again another day because i was suffering from a bad flu and my regular doctor wasn't available. A gentleman assesed me (not sure if he was a doctor). Said the usual antibiotic that my family doctor gives me wont work. Had to wait longer for a doctor to come online for the assesment. Ultimately stayed 1.5 hrs for a doctor and when finally someone was available to video chat they were having technical issues. I had to walk out because i was getting late for work. Two hours just wasted for no reason and im still sick with no meds!
