Called to pay it TODAY and spoke with an Oscar on the phone. He told me I owed more than double of what I was told yesterday. I then asked if there were any notes on my account saying I spoke to someone and if I could be transferred to him. He then told me that there were zero notes on my account and that no one was in the office that I could be transferred to... AND HUNG UP ON ME! I then called again and spoke to Gilbert (others were in office obviously), which is who I spoke to yesterday. He then confirmed the notes on my account, said many people were in office and apologized for his colleague. Thank you so much Gilbert for helping me out and making it a smooth process. " That is all you need". All that is big fat lie. They left out the part where they run a full credit report on you and if you happen to have a bankruptcy 12 years prior , or you have a ding on your report , you are denied! Denied!, Denied!. Cars, the vehicle I was looking at was filthy dirty. Did not look like they even attempted to clean it up before putting it out on their lot.. While inspecting the car, I tried to open the hood and the latch was broken. When they finally did get the hood open the engine compartment was trashed, rust everywhere, dirt where dirt should not be. Its dealers like this that give the used car business a bad name! Oh and the staff? They were super friendly until they determined you were unworthy of the service they claim to offer which is helping people get into a vehicle who have less than a perfect credit score. After the Denial, they could not wait to get you out of their store and off their lot. It did not have to turn into a complete horrible waste of time had they just been upfront with what the stipulations were to get a car from them. Moral to this story? I guess you have to lie, cheat and steal to operate a business like this.
