After digging deeper I found out that MTS can be sued not that King can't do it the were just misleading because the payday wasn't worth their time. And they call this guy a King? To me a "King" a real King he has integrity and cares for kis people from the least to the greatest! What my experience is and was like? I was real overwhelmed and scared when I got arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. After spending the night in jail literally that next morning, I was inundated with tons of mail from lawyers trying to represent me in my case to fight the charge of a DUI. I found Eric of Galente Ganci, APC through word of mouth not by junk mail and I knew I was in the right hands for being represented by a lawyer in my case as soon as I walked into his office. This was a very foreign area for me never having to have dealt with the court system or even deal with charges like this against me and Eric put me at ease by explaining the process and lying everything out in a very easy timeline that I could understand. This helped me feel a lot less scared and when all was said and done he was able to get my charges reduced from a DUI to a Wet Reckless even though my blood alcohol level was well above the legal limit. Over all this is one of the best Lawyers that you can have to take care of your case, not only for his record of wins in court, which is one of the best in the industry but because he is one of those rare people out there in the world that actually make you believe in humanity and he just happens to be a lawyer. read more

Took 8-10…read moremonths to get communication regarding the case, (unanswered emails for months at a time) Employers legally have to keep payroll records for 4-6 years yet they let the company slip by and not dig for those documents or go to litigation. I 100% believe they were working for the company as far as a kickback to have us settle for less than 5% of what we were asking for, what was owed in violations and penalties. No one fought for us from this Law group and I wonder how much they got from the company to have us settle. DO NOT use them for any employment lawsuits. They need to be investigated by The Bar.

It is most unfortunate that, after having placed our trust and time in them, my family was abandoned in our most vulnerable time of need. I initially contacted them because my wife had suffered, as a result of medical negligence, cardiac arrest while having a c-section. I was advised by them to not discuss the matter with any other firms, to stay in touch to provide updates on the case, and that, once my wife's medical records were available, further legal action could commence. We decided to kept faith, believing that they had our best interest at heart, and thus we followed all their instructions, diligently provided all requested information. In a reversal to their purported hard-working and tireless advocacy mantra, however, the firm decided to drop us and not take our case. It became evident to us that, because our case would have not provided as much money as they had hoped for, they decided to drop us. I can understand that they reserve the right to take on cases that will provide them an internally predetermined margin--after all, they run a business, not a charity. My problem, however, is with their disingenuous tactic to emotionally string you along, selling themselves as your faithful and indefatigable advocates, just to buy enough time to see how your medical case pans out, all the while consuming YOUR valuable time and betraying your trust. You played us well: shame on you!
