The medical assistant who was responsible for tracking my BP during the test could not have been more kind also. On my first ever meeting with Dr. Harpreet, he walked in the room, I greeted him and got a grumpy response. We started of talking about an obvious side effects that I was having from a medication, then for whatever reason he became agitated and very aggressive towards me when I said it was causing the issue. He blamed it twice LOUDLY on another drug for which I explained to him that I was not taking and was discontinued weeks ago. Things went very sour after that interaction. I felt like he just wanted me out of there. He would not allow me to talk or ask questions and became very aggressive, obnoxious towards me... he threw an infantile fit. Then he went out and brought in his PA to write a prescription for a medication which was documented that I cannot take. When I went to ask him about it, he said "I don't want to hear it" and stormed out the room. Oh great, I thought to myself... a doctor who doesn't want to talk. I just let him be in his little ego tripping world. Out of courtesy for the PA, I decided to just keep my mouth shut and leave. I wish I had never come to the follow-up appointment. I was very shocked and wondered how the hell someone like him became a doctor.

I checked in with Carmen, I have (or thought ) I had a 3 pm appointment, made on line. Carmen checked the schedule and said there wasn't an appointment for me at 3 pm. Carmen said while I was at the office, I should fill out the necessary paperwork and she would create a file. Halfway through filling out the paperwork, Carmen found an opening and, thankfully, was able to squeeze me in I was referred to Dr Ray Gandhi by my PCP, for preventative care. I was given an EKG (by Carla), Carla was nice and friendly. I met with Dr Gandhi, he is soft spoken with a nice bedside manner.
