Tried to place my first order. Was struggling with the website on a mobile browser. First it made me create an account, which was no problem. However, it would not recognize the username and password I created. Tried to check out as a guest, and after I entered in my delivery address and got to the billing address screen, I hit submit and it sent me back to re-enter my delivery address. After a few rounds of this, I called the number on the website and ask for help placing a mobile order. The woman I spoke to told me all orders would need to be placed online and that she could walk me through how to enter in an order. I explained to her the issue I was having, and very short and curt, she told me I would need to wait "10 to 15." When I responded with 10 to 15 what- minutes, days, weeks, she told me to "have a nice day" and hung up on me. The second employee called me back immediately telling me my account had been approved. When I tried to explain to him the issue I had with the other employee, he told me he had been listening in on the call and that was not what happened. He asked me if I had a question. Fool you called me! $100 is a lot of money for most people, I highly suggest you take it elsewhere where you can get help and be treated considerate. If you care about hospitality, this is not the place for you. read more

I got off work and attempted to place an order for delivery. The website was glitchy on my phone and laptop. However after about twenty minutes of fiddling I was able to place my order. A few minutes passed and I received a phone call letting me know that the website has glitched again and the item wasn't available, and the site shouldn't have allowed me to place the order. Ultimately the order was canceled, but I'm not sure how long the refund will take, the lady on the phone, albeit she was extremely nice and apologetic, didn't seem to mention if it would be refunded to my account or simply be given a credit for another order. Great service! Super accommodating! I'm new to the area and was looking for a good dispensary, and this one was the first to pop up on Yelp. It was around 9:15 and the shop was about to close at 10. I was blown away with the delivery service provided by Ganjarunner. The products have all been above expectation in quality. There were all kinds of freebies thrown in on my 1st order. A joint, an edible, a flower crusher with keif catcher, a lighter, a rolling tray. It was ridiculous the amount of free stuff they gave me. And talk about convenient. I do wish they deleted veered past 10 pm but there's an easy work around for that. Either Order b4 10 and get your products that night or do it after and wait until morning.
