Update: June 24, 2020 DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PRODUCT!!!!! These people have gone from the best to the worst!!! The last 2 deliveries I got were awful. The first was one box of 1000mg Sativa and 1 box of hybrid after I, specifically asked for only Indica. She then agreed to come deliver me the Indica, but wanted me to return the Sativa and hybrid!!!! During Covid!!! She took opened boxes of product from me after being in my house and out of her sight for hours!!!! The second was that they were out of my product and she suggested some other gummies so i ordered. They were not indica. They had about half the potency of Stndard for the same price. I was upset because she didn't even tell me they had multiple flavors and gave me some sour candy (which I hate). The watermelon rings were decent tasting but not potent. Had to take 175mg to feel the regular high I get from 50mg of kushy. I complained about them and she comes back by saying that she's doing me a favor by having her delivery minimum be $80 for me when it's $250 for everyone else in Long Beach. We are 2 blocks away from Compton. If that wasn't super irritating, now she's too busy to get me my weed in 1-2 hours and doesn't ever come when she says she will. She's been about 30 mins late for my last several deliveries. She also has been taking about an hour to respond to texts lately. I told her about my dissatisfaction and all she did was say she's doing me a favor by delivering $95 worth of product when they should be charging minimum $250. She refused to replace the non-Indica gummies she delivered or offer me a discount. She even told me to "do her a favor" and call other services and ask how much their minimums are because she was curious! This is what happens when "little guys" get big too quick. They get greedy. Customer service suffers because they won't hire anyone else (greed)and they are too busy. They start forgetting about the little guys that got them so popular because they recommended them over and over. They forget that I helped them get dozens of customers through my job. They forget that I have consistently ordered through them for months. Yeah, these guys suck now. Save yourself the trouble. This is the best delivery service ever! I've tried so many and the same problems happen. They show up late or early, if at all, and they bring the wrong stuff or they are closed and don't return your messages. These guys are different. They are responsive and always on time. They also have fair prices and give you extras if there is even a slight inconvenience (without having to ask).
