What we had was the Springboard Semi-Sweet Cider. It lived up to it's name nicely as it was only slightly sweet and ran on the dry side which is typically what I like with cider. I don't usually want it to be too sweet. Flavor features you will find with this cider are juicy, sweet(not in a heavy handed way), apple and a floral aspect. I added this cider place to a new Yelp list titled "worth returning to" as it is indeed worth returning to to try out their other cider options if not get the wonderful Semi-Sweet Cider again.

The server said that happens for some people. Another person there liked it, so it shows taste is a personal thing. I was surprised how much I liked the strawberry cider. The server was wonderful and explained each of the ciders was made, tasted and other information.
