He was so happy for me and my purchase and genuinely wanted to hear about how I was trying clothes outside of my comfort zone. Someone else mentioned that this didn't seem like an outlet and I agree. I didn't feel like there was a huge selection of clothes, but I also felt like what they did have was what every other American Eagle would have. They did have some good sales so I can't complain Too much. I love their jeans. They are so comfortable and they make some that are for curvy your bodies, which are perfect.

The people working here were beyond friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience delightful.

I'm way more likely to stay and make a purchase when I can actually find the items. The reason this EB gets 5 stars from me, though, is because of the store associate, David. When we were checking out, it seemed that the coupon my mom had wasn't going through, likely due to the fact that she hadn't used her EB credit card in a while and that it may have lapsed *facepalm*. David offered to open a new card for her which would include an extra 10% off the purchase! However, corporate still had her credit card on file and just needed to reactivate it...so 10 minutes and a phone call later, the card got reactivated. While he didn't have to, David kept the extra 10% off the purchase! That's the kind of customer service we all dream about. Thanks, David from EB - you get 5/5 stars from me!

The sales staff was pleasant with helping us directing us to the various places they had men's raincoats which were everywhere. No one spot something I disliked but a good sales pitch because I passed by a top and that I liked and of course bought. When we were ready to purchase the items we were told if I signed up for the reward program I would receive another 10% off the purchase. Great deals.

There are plenty of dressing rooms to try on the clothing. It is not as overwhelming as some of the other H & M locations. The outlet mall offers a lot of coupons and great savings. You can also bring in bags of used clothing to get additional coupons. I always find something at this location. Especially compared to some of the other H&M stores in the general area. They have casualwear, Business wear, and a lot of character driven clothing. I like the buyer and the supplier of this location. The staff is also pretty helpful here. The clothing is low cost but a better quality than some of the equivalent stores that offer similar products. They have a lot of sizes for different sized and shaped individuals. You get a lot for your money here.

I could never find anything I'd be willing to buy at even a deep discount other than perhaps a standard issue black tank top, which I can buy anywhere by virtually any design house at any price.. let's be real, a pair of flowy , crinkled rayon loose pants by some random label are not worth $119- and I literally just spotted that very item at that very price. A coordinating tunic/top at a comparable price tag, etc, some boring white tops, a few tank tops, some button down top/tunics that I wouldn't buy and some accessories too middle aged for me are status quo. Price points? It isn't outrageously pricey for the area, yet the prices were too high for what they're offering... As for layout/displays? The boutique definitely is laid out well, but that's about all I can say. The shop is clutter free, clean, well laid out.. If I was a stay at home soccer mom type, who goes to church events and was not into mixing street style with high and low pieces, perhaps this might be my speed, although I doubt it. Even if I was older or had kids, the clothes still wouldn't be upmarket or unique enough for me and I dislike the 'higher end' price tag on items that decidedly are not high end or even mid range luxury. While I did get a quick greeting from a sales associate (some food in the store didn't rate a glance or a hello, so perhaps I should feel impressed), it really wasn't friendly and I could tell by her response that she was totally uninterested if I was browsing or buying.
