I'm beginning to think if people in Kansas lack any customer service here. No greeting upon entering. The 2 workers just ignored us for the most part. I feel like they make it feel like as if you are an inconvience to them when you do need their help. I wanted one of their sale sandals and could not find the box to the display. It was a super cute brown one that I thought would be perfect for my beach vacation this weekend. I couldn't purchase it as they couldn't locate the other sandal anywhere. Why have it displayed if you dont have it? They looked online and couldn't find it and said it was available in black did I want it? Well no and ordering it wont get it to me today. It's just interesting to display something without the matching other sandal to complete it. Just go for awesome sales but dont expect any great customer service.

We went on New Year's day, so the store was empty. As I walked around the store, I saw a good mix of new and old inventory throughout the store. Most apparels had good availability of sizes. The store had up to 70% sale on various products. In the men's section I found hoodies (under $30), sweatshirts (under $30), dress shirts (under $15) and t-shits (under $20) for decent price. I tried couple of the items. The fitting room area was well maintained. There were multiple staff members at the store who were assisting customers and also tidying up the store. Overall it is a nice store and but the inventory can be better.

I doubt there are jeans more than $26 in the store. Call me crazy, but I had just visited Banana Republic, the Gap, and other stores at the mall and the jeans didn't fit me well. Who wants to pay $75 for jeans that don't fit right? The woman working the fitting room was amused by how many jeans that my wife made me try on and offered to help find other jeans for us and was quite friendly. I am hoping that they have this store elsewhere in the country as I'm looking forward to shopping here again, when I need more jeans. We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our appointments and they weren't quite ready for us yet. The lady running the register at the time was new and didn't know much about anything. My stylist name was ISIS, which explained everything extremely well! ISIS done exactly what I asked for with only the dead ends taken off along with some long layers. I also got a hair treatment to aid in the hard water I have to use to wash my hair in. It brings the vitamins and minerals back in to the hair. My Mom got the same things done to her hair as I got done. The young lady she had was very inexperienced and ISIS had to help her with doing things, which is fine. The one thing that was annoying is she didn't get all the soap out of my Mom's hair. Instead of taking her back to the sink to rinse it out, she just used a squirt bottle with water in it to "try" to remove the excess. Yeah, that didn't work out! Yet she just covered it up and went with it. Understandably everyone has to start somewhere, but shampoo/rinse should be the first thing you are taught! For the price I was charged I don't feel we got adequate value. I feel the job done on my hair was fair, but not on my Mom's. If I had to break it down.... I would give ISiS- 5 stars and the new young lady Mom had 1 star. So since 2.5 isn't an option, I'm going with a 2 for the star review.

This is a really classic brand- it sort of reminds me a more formal J.Crew, if that makes sense at all. Regular price, many of their dresses are about $200 and jeans are $70-100. But at the outlet store here at Legends, they are about $20-30 cheaper on average. This really makes for some great savings when you are looking for nice additions to your wardrobe at a lower price than what it is in other stores. They only sell women's clothing, which include shoes, handbags, jewelry, and perfume. There is a great selection at this store, and if you like classic, yet trendy, styles, I'd recommend going in and taking a look around. I got a black handbag for about $80 and might go back to get a scarf or two once it gets colder outside! They have silk ones, which are worth the price.

Tried to use a coupon and the employee looked at me for help like they didn't know how a coupon worked. I used to work at AE and we were taught how to help and use coupons and know how to enter them in the computer. I felt rushed at the counter because the kid didn't know how to work a coupon. The clothes are cute, but the staff is clueless…read more In the middle of my marathon shopping extravaganza, I dropped in here to take advantage of the 40% off sale. I selected my items, and proceeded to the check out stand. I went up to the counter, and set my stuff by a sales associate who was looking down. She continued to look down, and didn't acknowledge me though I stood there for 45 seconds and stared at here. I thought, "Well, maybe she's not working the register now," so I went to wait in line at the other counter. Then, she suddenly looked up at the people headed to stand in line behind me and said, "I can get you over here!" Wow. The blond with her bra showing though clothes twenty years too young for her had just blown me off. Trying to let it go, I waited in line for 25 minutes as the incompetent clerk at the register checked out one lady who bought half of the store. I thought they were done, but the clerk hadn't charged them for a pair of jeans...it took 7 minutes just to ring those up. To top it off, he neglected to remove a security device from one of the sweaters I bought, and although their alarm didn't go off, the alarm to every other store I entered sounded. ::frustrated sigh:: Hire someone with half a brain, and maybe I'll come back.
