Tried to contact warehouse about shipping other items ahead of pre sale. No follow up, no response to my query from their customer service, just a confirmation that it would be shipped together. Package arrives today, with item missing. Item is now sold out. No notification from them, no mention of refund, just Shopify mentioning item is sold out, but bill reflects the price. Customer service/warehouse number goes to a voicemail that is full and cannot leave a message. Do not recommend, product not worth the hype and the risk of dealing with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

This is a fun place to visit, even if you're not sports-minded! It's a little crowded with an abundance of merchandise, and you'll find just about any MO and KS sports-related apparel you'd ever want or need! They also have a lot of good "Kansas City" apparel, including the Plaza Lights, and vintage style non-sports apparel, and other items, including lots of fun socks. Seems like Mizzou sometimes gets short-changed in this KU-obsessed region, even in MO, but it is plentiful here. And everything well-organized and neatly stacked or hanging up. Among other reasons to check out Charlie Hustle are the very friendly and helpful employees, their unique lighting system on one wall that is a row of (maybe?) stadium lights, and they were decked out with holiday lights. Visiting KC and was pleased to see Charlie Hustle on the Plaza as I was familiar with their online clothes. Entered the store and there were zero other customers. We walked around the smallish store for 5 minutes and were completely ignored. I tried to interact with the older gal behind the counter and she ignored me as she was on the phone. Waited another couple minutes and walked out. Walked down the street to Rally House and was immediately greeted and assisted by friendly sales person. Spent our money at Rally House. read more

Whether you're looking to rep KC, or want some gear for the next college football game, you've come to the right place. This is their new location on the plaza and it's a lot more airy and open than their previous one. It's easy to find what you're looking for, and they really have just about anything for any local team you could imagine available. Aside from that I just feel like the quality of the clothes here are superior to what you might find for the same cost at a nearby rally house or other retailer that carries more mass produced merchandise. I'm not sure if they make their own t-shirt or outsource them but I haven't ever found one that is as soft and comfortable to wear around the house. If you're visiting KC this is also a fabulous spot to stop in and pick up some souvenirs - if t-shirts are your jam. I have a hoodie, a few t shirts, and some sweatpants from there and honestly they are all top notch IMO. Be sure to keep an eye on their Instagram for limited releases as they sell out fast! read more

Charlie Hustle is a local-inspired t-shirt line and this store is another chapter in the line's success. It's known for it's KC Heart design, which is a staple for those of all ages, but it's also branched out with a college sports selection, a KC barbecue selection as well as some other local collaborations. You'll find plenty of stock to choose from including kids and a few baby sizes. The store's layout, while small, is fairly compact and painted to reflect a high school gym, which fits in with a lot of the athletic designs and it's sports-minded company name. Like I said above, there is plenty of stock to choose from, but I will say because it's a small space on busy days it can get crowded. No bother though, as long as you're patient and in good spirits, you should be able to find everything you need. read more

We headed in at 7:55, just 5 minutes before closing. We apologized upon entry but the staff was kind, pleasant, and said not to worry about it! I had a really hard time deciding what to get! There are no words to adequately describe the cotton heaven that is currently swaddling my upper half thanks to Charlie Hustle. I love their variety and vintage inspired threads. Their website offers great deals like this summer's "T-shirt tour". I ordered a great Kansas City blades shirt and it literally was in my mailbox in less than 48 hours (to be fair I am local to the Kansas City area) Not only do they have great apparel for local sports but also our former teams and lots of college ones as well. And if sports aren't your thing but you want to rep KC they have a ton of great bbq ones and even cool fountain shirts. They are local which is awesome and super important to me but the best part is the undeniable comfort and amazing quality. I'm a big fan of Charlie Hustle and since I live in St. Louis this was a treat to be able to shop in person instead of just online! I loved the variety of shirts in Chiefs, KU, and BBQ themed KC styles. I would have loved to spend a lot of time shopping but their store was really crowded and the stairs leading in were kind of a toddler mom's worst nightmare so I spent more time corralling my kid than shopping. Ugh. They are definitely already due for a space upgrade it was hard to move around in the store right when they opened and there was barely space for a line (especially since only one person was checking out). I'm super happy with my shirt I snagged I found an awesome Raider Hater style which has been my fantasy football team name for over 10 years. It was definitely meant to be. Next time I'm in town I'll have to hand off my toddler to the grandparents so I can have plenty of time to see all their great stuff! read more

Being I grew up here till age 21, living in Florida currently which could explain some of why I feel the way I do about this store experience. We do not have a mask mandate where I now live so I'm not also used to the mask mandate. But also I have worked for "Corporate Store" during and 6 months into Covid, I more so put the 1 star for the horrible customer service by Hayden. He told me to put a mask on immediately, "ok cool you have any?".....$8-9? For a plain mask at that which did not have a KC logo on it, I went out to the car to get the mask I wore on the airplane coming here. Walked back into the store which there was 20+ people, I was looking at the sweatpants, facing the furtherest wall from the front door, not towards anyone. Hayden yells across the room to tell me to pull my mask up, it had just dropped below my nose for literally 15-20 seconds, chill bro. Like give someone a moment to adjust to pulling the mask back up and if you want people to buy merchandise from your store don't yell at them, POLITELY tell them. I know hospitality and I was in customer service for 12+ years, never did I yell at people to pull their mask up nor speak across the room in that way. The only hope in today was Jamison who was very accommodating showed me the fitting rooms and was very kind when I paid $70+ for a pair of KC joggers. The store itself was smaller than expected and more baby or kids clothes than adults options. I'm over being told what to do and how to do it so I'll be taking my future "KC business" back to Rally House and most definitely I cannot wait to go back to my now home in Florida... no masks, no one telling me what to do and somewhere where I actually feel free to be myself and SMILE at Store employees for their common decency. Quality not the same. I just bought a sweatshirt and expected the same quality as the many other sweatshirts I have bought from Charlie Hustle. This sweatshirt is flimsy and cheap, and no longer made in USA. They used to be worth the price because of the quality, not anymore. This sweatshirt reminds me of the Black Friday Promo sweatshirts Bass Pro sells for $20. I would have been happy with the sweatshirt at $20, not at the premium price of $68. Guess there's no reason to shop here anymore. read more
