It literally was the place to be back in the day. I've seen the changes throughout the years, and I think it's still a great place to hang out. They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.

I was going to get $400 of clothing here but then noticed it was all locked up. No customer service call buttons nearby so only option was to go to front doors to ask someone to unlock. At that point, I saw the line to the registers and the front doors, so I left and went to Dicks Sporting goods next door. Where nothing is locked up!

They wait for 3-5 other ppl too order the same chair it's been 6weeks on back order or other issues. I'm so disappointed after weeks of getting different answers on our special ordered rocking chair the owner tells me my parents can call an get a refund since they purchased it as a gift to us but then they call an she won't allow it! Because she was "hoping to work something out." Can't get an answer on an date so now I have to wait another possible 6weeks for this chair... I asked Dawn the owner which is it can I cancel an get a refund or not since it hasn't even been in production yet an she still rambled about other options. I was like forget it I'm over it just call when the chairs ready since you can't give me a yes or no answer. so now I'm without a chair for who knows how long it sucks cause I liked the stores stuff but I'll never go back because of this terrible customer service none of it was professional this wasn't let's hope to make a deal. Learned my lesson I could have just spent less an get a cheapy chair at Walmart or more expensive at Ethan Allen it's to bad I really wanted to support a small business but I won't for this store anymore.
