The shoes can be very uncomfortable if you buy the wrong size. The shoes can be very stylish and comfy cozy if you buy the right size. The sales they have are remarkable and very fair, much more so than other "retail outlet" shoe stores like Nike, Reebok, Addidas, Asics, Saucony, New Balance, etc. They sell athletic gear beyond shoes too and have Ferrari and BMW licensed co-branded logo gear section too, still very reasonably priced. If you have a sports car or know of one by those manufacturers it's nice clothing accessories (shoes, shirts, jackets and/or pants) to match your outfit with your car... and also makes for unique gift items too. Puma has sort of a "European" feel to the attire, very sporty and chic. Some bike racing (tour de france) or soccer (world cup) type colors, designs and feel to the aesthetics. I have never had a manager approach me and tell me that it was one child per adult. My intention was to purchase something special for each of my daughter's friends, as it was her birthday. This store was one of my daughter's favorite places because of its jewelry selection and the value of its items. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior made us feel humiliated and embarrassed. After this experience, the value of the store was overshadowed by its poor customer service.
