The sales team referred me to the service department. The service department referred me to another. After looking online, including Amazon, I went with my purchase on the Weather Tech website. No judgement to those that want to use the rubber mat bedliner, but I wasn't feeling it and made the return to them. I decided to go local and after reading the reviews of various places locally that could do the spray on bedliner, I decided to go with Line X. I contacted Line X to ask some questions about the spray on bedliner and Christina was very helpful and friendly over the phone. She drives the same truck and was telling me about some of the things she had done to it. I have to admit, I was excited even more to get the spray on bedliner after talking to her. I got an appointment scheduled for the next day. Line X is on Highland Drive in Las Vegas. There's lots of warehouses and car shops. They are building 1 D. The GPS might try to take you another way like it did me, but I knew better because I am familiar with the area. They also have a Henderson location. I saw the painter doing someone else's bedliner when I arrived but I didn't see the door for the office. He was able to help. I just didn't walk down far enough. It takes 3-4 hours to get done. I actually opted to wait while it was being done and I was fine with that. I brought my tablet and had downloaded to some movies to watch while I wait, so I was good to go. I ate before I came, so I wasn't hungry and wasn't worried about eating or snacking. I have provided a before and after photo for you to view. I hired him for four things. The first problem - my car smells badly of gas. He changed the gasket on the fuel pump that is under the backseat. My car still smells like gas. The check engine light was on. And my car sort of starts up slowly. He put the diagnostic tool on the car and it told him to change the thermostat. So I bought the thermostat. He replaced it. Unfortunately, The check engine light is still on, and my car still does not start up normally. It takes turning over many times to start. The third thing I hired him to do was to fix the car vibrating when you hit the brakes at higher speed. I test drove it after he finished the work, but I guess I did not bring it up to high enough speed to feel it vibrate. He basically lubricated the brakes and he said that should take care of the problem. But it did not take care of the problem and the car still vibrates. He claims that he did good work because he lubricated the brakes. But he did not fix the problem. The fourth thing I heard was change the rear camera. That works. one of the three things that I hired him to do, does work better. Now he's over here arguing with me that he did all this work. But he can't seem to understand that he didn't actually fix three of the four problems have. Basically, I paid him almost $500 to do a bunch of work that solved almost none of the problems that I was having with my car. Somehow he feels justified that he actually did some work so he feels like he earned his money. But I didnt hire him to do random work, I hired him to fix problems. He does not seem to understand that.

The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. The driver dropped the vehicle at the dealership and followed all the instructions given to him. When making a credit card payment you have to call the office and give it to them over the phone, so easy ! Whew, all is well and the next day with this company's business plan and everything running smoothly the car was ready the next morning. Would highly recommended this company anytime. I worked with John Sims who ordered the equipment and had it installed in his shop. I am very happy with both the camera system and the professional installation done by Protection Plus. The office is clean and professional and John and the staff were all courteous and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the competitive rates both on shop time and on the equipment purchased and the install was done when promised and in a short amount of time. I enjoyed working with John as he was able to offer suggestions on some future upgrades I am interested in, but took the time to understand what I'm trying to accomplish so that I never felt like he was simply try to "sell" me something. I will be working with Protection Plus for future upgrades such as a dashcam and radar detector permanent install, aux fuel tank, amateur radio, and cell phone booster. To power my accessories John is designing an auxiliary battery system including breakers and a battery isolator which will install under the rear seat.
