Everyone working at this location is super friendly and helpful. Even when they have a big sale they always have enough employees. Karina, I'm not positive on the spelling of her name, was amazing. I had a couple questions on my rewards points (by the way their rewards program is excellent) and she was so helpful. She's super attentive and knows the products well. She helped me on the floor and I happened to get her when paying. She definitely knows her customer service and genuinely nice. This location is always neat and organized and it's in a great location of stores. The shopping center tends to get very busy but you can always get parking. Today was their $12 candle sale and I have an event coming up soon (I run a grocery and gift giveaways group here in Las Vegas, Triple G, Look me up on FB) :) So I had to go in. The store is always clean and the women are all around willing and ready to help you out if need be. But the highlight of the visit has to be JEN. She is always super friendly and helpful and I don't know if she remembers us since we are not there all of the time--Maybe 4-5 times a year but every time I have been in there with friends or alone, she has always been fantastic. I must say... I am sad that one body cream I really wanted was not there--Peepin it Real but its popular. This and Town Square are my stores so I will be back. Thanks so much! Lady employee on the first door wont let us open the drawers saying everything in on the table already. I wonder why they dont allow the drawers opened unlike in victoria secret, knowing if you get the product and placed in your basket, you are buying it. You know damn well I placed....while your coworkers tell me to get out of their way at the register because I'm somehow inconveniencing them - after you had more than 6 hours to deal with this but ignored it? The staff here is absolutely amazing. I brought my little girl in tonight because she's a huge fan of Disney princesses & they just launched the princess collection. There was an amazing employee working there, I wish I caught her name. She had dark hair & wore the cutest accessories. She showed us the collection & was patient w my daughter letting her smell all the scents. She helped my daughter pick everything out and truly made our visit so special. So I was here at this location twice within a few days. The first time o went was on Saturday 4/16 because they were having a candle sale, buy two and get two free! During all of my sniffing, I came across one candle that I LOVeD at first sniff but smelling it over time I couldn't smell the cold throw at all it was very faint. I asked one of the associates about it when she asked if I was finding everything okay and I explained to her my dilemma and before I could even say the name of the candle, she said, "is it the bergamot waters?" I was like yes! She then proceeded to tell me that, that one burns extremely well and is super strong. I was a bit hesitant and skeptical because how did you even know which candle I was talking about??? Is it a common complaint with this fragrance or what? But instead I took her word for it, especially because I knew their return policy. With that being said, I got the candles home and immediately burnt the one In question for about 30 minutes and just as I thought, the hot throw once being burned was virtually undetectable. I knew it!!! Lol. So I went back yesterday 4/18 and exchanged it for a different one (yes you can return your bath and body works candles after you burn them within reason). The staff at the register was a sweetheart and made the exchange super simple. I exchanged Bergamot Waters for Warm Ocean Breeze and I'm so glad I did! It burns wonderfully and smells phenomenal. I do enjoy this location of BBW, the staff are pleasant but a little bit too clingy when you're trying to look and smell things for my liking lol. read more

UPDATE 4/23/22: I've been at this Bath & Body Works location a couple of times since my last review and it's now time for an update. Here's the story of how I became obsessed with BBW's products. My coworker's daughter worked at one for a little while (different location) after the COVID lockdown put her out of her old job. My coworker would bring in handsoaps and hand sanitizers to the office for us. I immediately became addicted and now have a big collection of their products sitting in my closet. I spent close to $800 on BBW products alone last year! Sadly, she no longer works at BBW and has moved on to a different job, but since I'm in charge of buying stuff for the office, I now buy their amazing handsoaps for my coworkers continuing enjoyment. I loved, loved their candles, but sadly, I can no longer buy them. I learned a few months ago that one of my cats is highly allergic to the essential oils in them. I ended up giving the last candle in my collection, Strawberry Pound Cake (my all time favorite scent), to my mom. This visit around, I came in for some more handsoaps, and I was also in search of a new car fragrance holder. The vent clip on my other one somehow snapped off while I was trying to open it up to change out the empty refill inside. When I chose my handsoaps, I found a visor clip with strawberries on it and bought 3 new car fragrance refills. I get coupons from them in the mail every month and I used my 25% off purchase coupon. I got close to $35 off my purchase, what a bargain! The closest BBW from my house is at The District at GVR, but I like this location better. Everybody here is very nice. read more

I love going to this bath and body works. I feel like they're always stocked with items, no matter what sale is going on. The employees constantly stocking items, so even when things are slowly getting empty they replace it right away. I've gone during the candle sale and wallflower refill sales - and never had a problem with out of stock items. As far as the lines, never had to wait too long. During the candle sale they had ever single cashier on the line plus some on the side. It went by so fast, definitely was surprised. It's been a while since I've been to this location, but this is the closest Bath & Body works to us that finally re-opened and it's been 3 months without their amazing candles, so desperate times. Due to COVID, they had employees outside with the store showing customers where to line up. Apparently the day we went, they accidentally sent out an email about a sale, but the sale actually wasn't happening till the following day. Customers in front of us were rather upset, but whatever, accidents happen. We watched as the manager came outside to talk to them and let them know that they didn't even have the items that would have been on sale. She did a great job of explaining to them (even though they were pretty rude). We also got to talk to another associate who was standing out in the sun. I didn't like standing out there, but I chatted with him that I couldn't imagine working out here in long pants! Poor guy! When it was our time to go in, they gave us the bag we would be leaving with and asked us to sanitize our hands. I loved that they did this. There was a whole station set up. It was great and nice to see them taking the safety measures during everything. It was also nice to not be in a crowded store, too! We got three candles and went on our way. We also tried to hurry because we felt bad for the people standing out in the Vegas heat. The staff here was really kind and helpful, and we would definitely return. I've been here several times over the years, but this is the first time I felt compelled to review them. Not to take anything away from any employee I've encountered, everyone's always kind, but tonight I was blown away by Allysson!!! We went in looking for strong smelling wallflowers, woman struggles to smell faint/subtle things. Allysson heard me saying I couldn't find something for her to smell in lieu of open wallflowers. Allysson was super patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. She found us 3 wick candles to smell. Single wicks aren't as strong for this purpose. She was able to answer questions about scents, and just knew her shit. She had a way of opening the candle so the fragrance wafted how it was supposed to. She even got a coffee candle for us to clear our palates. It was a great experience and we found scents we might not have otherwise, just because of her technique with the candles. I truly appreciated her help, I was really impressed with her and her representation of the company. I've given this comlany so much money over the years and various locations, and everyone's always nice but this by far was the best experience. Edited the hours, yes they are opened today, which is Thursday until 8pm. However, I was in yesterday & not one person was there to help. Two ladies were in the back the whole time & Kristy was up front just standing there. I only come into this store once a year since it's in a shopping strip so easy parking, in & out. Excellent sale so basically $7 for 14 items or Buy 3, get 3 Free which is a year long event cause that's why I come. I've been here quite a few times since my last review and I can honestly say things are so much better. They remodeled the whole store, which is now more wide and open. The employees are friendly and every visit I've had, someone always asks if I'm doing ok. They have more registers now. Thank goodness, especially with their crazy candle sale they only have once a year. It is normally a $25 candle that is on sale for $9. I only waited 35 minutes in line, compared to the hour and a half I waited a few years ago. I receive the emails, so I'm always coming in for the $5 lotion promotion they have or the deal they have on hand soaps. I can't get enough. I hope to have more good experiences at this location now. read more

Love this BBW and all their products. They have such a huge selection of wallflowers, candles, soaps and lotions. It's close to my home and my daughter and I shop in store at least 2-3x/month. I also sometimes order online and my order is always ready within hours and although I'm not always ready to pick it up right away, they will hold it for (3) days. Whether I shop in the store or online, I always get awesome service, the girls are always friendly and knowledgeable and the check out or pick up process is always fast. This place is slightly in a hidden location. Typically a Bath & Body is in a mall but lucky for me, there's one by my house. (Around the corner from Target). Today I was in and out in 5 mins only because I came here for something specific. I received an email advertising that select aromatherapy items were on sale. I always jump at the chance of buying things in bulk because their items, if purchased individually, are a little on the expensive side for me. Till today only (11/13/16) it was $6 a piece. Their SEMI ANNUAL Sale is still happening so there are bins and bins full of hand soaps, lotions, mists, body butter, etc that are still on sale for about $3. Helpful and friendly employees! Great customer service at this location!!!! I took advantage of one of the amazing sales they have during the holidays. Buy 2 3-wick candles and get 2 free. Figured this was a great idea for gifts at my office. I rarely buy stuff in stores as I much prefer shopping online these days. But... this was an in store sale only and time was ticking before Christmas. I didn't have any good backup plans for gifts so I figured it was worth it to make the trip. I bought 28 and the nice girl gave me enough gift bags and ribbons for all. Except.... When I got home, there were only 27 and not 28. I counted and recounted. Double checked the car. Nope! So I called and they said no problem. Just come down with your receipt. I was still a bit skeptical that I might get hassled when I went down there but they quickly assisted me without leaving me feeling like I was some kind of criminal. Great experience! read more

First thing...don't judge me! Located near the intersection of Silverado Ranch and Eastern, this location can be found just south of the Target location nearby. A friend of mine wanted to swing by here while we were running errand together. I think I went to another location in Arizona many years ago, I'm not really a B&BW guy, but I won't knock it either. The place is rediculously clean and the staff was really helpful and friendly when I was really just trying to be left alone. If this was my thing it would probably be a 4 star deal, but all those foofy fragrances and such just aren't me...but I'm not judging...it's all good. I know i will be back around Christmas time for gift certificates because my Mom, sister, and others just eat this stuff up! 3.5 stars. 3 stars only because the gentleman at the front was so nice and welcoming. They seemed to be fully stocked as well and not busy at all. The problem was when I was ready to check out. I was purchasing a ton of candles and hand soap as I normally do when I stock up and I had a coupon from bath and body works, but the girl at the register did not let me use it because it "wouldn't scan" as a screenshot. The coupon specifically has codes they can put in and she still had the audacity to tell me I couldn't use it. It's always the smaller locations that have an issue with these coupons. I used to work retail and all coupons can be entered manually without scanning. This is ridiculous!! read more

I arrived here last Wednesday 3/21/18 at about 7:45 P.M....not realizing they closed at 8 P.M. They had the doors open and as you are walking towards the front of the store... you can just smell so many pleasant aromas from all of their products. Very nice indeed. This was my 1st Time coming to this location...and I will definitely be back. Plenty of parking...nice location etc. I looked around a bit and chose 2 spray mists. No one came and asked if I needed any help, until I was actually done and walking toward the register. I went to the back area to pay and the young female employee ( I need to find out her name) because she was so nice and helpful. She's from California like me...so we chatted a bit. It was 8 P.M. now.....and the older blond haired lady who was also working there turned off the lights as I was completing my transaction..HaHa. I always forget there's a Bath & Body Works tucked away in the corner of this plaza, but when I drove by it, I remembered I wanted to pick up some stuff, so I went to park. It has been awhile since I've been into this particular store, but I love how bright and colorful everything is. There was only one employee working, but she was friendly and cheerful as she greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I didn't and began to browse. I needed to pick up some lotion to replace the one I used up, Moonlight Path, and then went to check out the wallflower home fragrance refills because I ran out of those as well. There was a scent without a corresponding candle that I wanted to find out what it smelled like before purchasing it (Lavender & Vanilla). I wanted to make sure it smelled good and not assume it smelled good because of what it was called. I asked the employee about it and she said she uses that particular scent at home and she loved it. She showed me a product on the opposite wall that smelled the same. It was definitely a winner. I went to pay for my items and the employee mentioned a sale the store had going on because I only picked up one lotion. I thought about it before declining since I don't use enough lotion to justify getting more, but I did take up the sale with 6 fragrance refills. I repeat BUY THREE GET THREE FREE!!! My main reason for life is their three wick candles. Usually run about $20.00 a pop, but sometimes they run specials for $12.00 or two for twenty. Customer service here is excellent. Came in to purchase their three wick Christmas candles I saw online for gifts and left the store with much more (lol!) It is quite expensive but the products are very nice. I bought a wallflower plug and some fragrances that I used as soon as I got home and must say my home smells wonderful. They have lots of wallflower plugs and fragrances to choose from including holiday themed ones that would make great gifts. They have lots of different holiday fragrant candles to choose from too. They are a hefty $24.50 but they are unique and the store will gift box for you! The store is a good size and fully stocked and had everything I saw online. Nice bath items, I particularly loved the eucalyptus and spearmint bath soak. Whitney was so nice and helped me several times. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and was very happy to help me. Two items I purchased were gifts and Holly at checkout was so nice and happily put them in gift boxes, wrapped them in cellophane and ribbons.
