This is a very honest and great company I'm very happy with there work. Super great work...On time very affordable I had them come out to try and fix my old unit which they did but it was time for a new one and I liked how professional they were so I had them come back and install a better and updated brand new unit. They didn't mess around showed up on time and installed it in no time. I'm am very pleased with these guys and will feel comfortable in recommending them. Our garage door was stuck half open so we could not get our car out of our garage. Called our regular person and they could not get here until Monday. Tried to leave for work this morning and realized I had a broken spring. I've never had a garage door issue before, so I didn't know who to call. Al and his team are pros in every sense of the word. I contacted this company for a cable repair for my garage and within less than 5 hours Alan and Fernando arrived. My scheduled appointment was for 3:30 pm but I needed to go to work by 5 pm and called on short notice to request they come earlier to which they did. Alan and Fernando were very helpful and informative. They repaired my door cable in less than 20 mins, explained why the cable broke, and preventative maintenance. Awesome! Called them Friday morning at 9:30. said garage door was bowing when opened. Was afraid it would collapse into garage. Not an emergency!! Said they could be out within the hour. WOW. Pretty much knew what the problem was. Had the part on the truck. Fixed within an hour. We thought we might need new door. Never tried to upsell to anything, just did repair at an extremely reasonable price. Greased the track and tightened springs..no additional charge. They do 24/7 and DO NOT charge overtime rates. I was drawn to this business by the amazingly consistent high quality reviews on Yelp. I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the service. My initial problem was solved so quickly that the technician did not charge me, even for the trip out to my home.
