We tried to call him back he wasn't unswerving his phone, and when he did never showed up. Great way to treat people with disabilities! So after back and forth with all the frustration. We decided to call a professional company for evaluation. Apparently Tetos didn't install the opener correctly, they installed thd solar panels like a table stand on a not secure post, he didn't mount properly the safety eye but the worst of the worst he didn't install the safety sensor for opening direction. Instead he "bypass" the sensor by shorting the wires. Now our opener is not up to safety CODE!!! And it will void our warranty! Down the road we discovered that this company doesn't have a business LICENSE!! So guys BE AWARE before you call them!
