Jesus was our technician and was at our house in under an hour from when I called. As I was opening/closing the garage door to demonstrate the noise, one of the wheels and rods popped right out! If any cars were in the garage at the time or if we had stood closer to that side of the door, damage would've been done. Jesus replaced all of the rollers and some rods, made some other adjustments and bracket changes, and changed out the sealer at the bottom of the door in under an hour!
