In May, I was told July. In July, I was told the end of August. At the end of August, I was told October. The only communication I was able to get was through Martha, and despite repeatedly asking to speak with someone who could provide clear answers, I was not able to do so for months. Eventually, I was given Halik's email address. I have sent approximately 10 emails between December and now regarding my doors and requesting a refund. He responded only once, stating that the accounting department would contact me about refunding my deposit. I have not heard from him or the accounting department since. At this point, nearly a year later, I still do not have my doors, nor have I received my $2,600 deposit back. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a pattern of behavior. All I want is the return of my deposit before I am forced to pursue legal action.
